Rettentően cigi szag volt a szobában, a fürdőszoba elég koszos, minden vízköves. A szobaajtót egy nagyobb lökéssel be lehet nyomni, a zár ellenére is, és a hotelban több helyen ki van írva, hogy nem vállalnak felelősséget a szobában hagyott értékért…

Las habitaciones eran una vergüenza: pequeñas, viejas, sucias, sin armario, la cama era una catre son plástico en la parte de arriba unido al colchón y un somier con dos varillas finas por lo que carecía de firmeza, la almohada tan fina que era como no tener, la ventana con el cierre roto por lo que se colaba el frío, no había toalla de manso y al solicitarla nos dijeron que no daban, las toallas de ducha eran del tamaño de las toallas de mano, el Wc hacía ruido y goteaba, la ducha no tenía presión y el agua salía hirviendo. Lamentable

La limpieza escaseaba y el colchón era enano y súper cedido. El baño no estaba limpio. Había un mosquito aplastado en la puerta del baño que llevaría ahí desde el Pleistoceno.

Tiny cramped room,uncomfortable raised bed

The bed was just a stretcher cot and walking up 5 flights of stairs was a heart stopping experience made worse by the tiny stairs..something that felt very unsafe. Not the place for dicey knees and a fear of heights.

Absolutely awful experience. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. There was only one tiny bar of soap for three people, and the shower mixer tap was broken. We asked for some more soap, but despite our request, nobody bothered to bring us any.
The whole experience was extremely disappointing. We had an absolute nightmare of a night and would definitely not stay here again. The hotel is near the hospital and the ambulance sirens were regularly going off

This hotel has many hygiene issues and it should not be open to the public. There were bedbugs in the mattress, i got biten by many and found one in my clothes. I left the room after 2 nights despite having paid for 3 nights. I am getting treated for the many skin issues it provoked on my body. Then there was the whole procedures to make sure bedbugs did not enter my personal belonging. I threw away most of my things. The hygiene is really problematic. And I had to urgently find another place to stay. This hotel should really be audited for health safety and be managed more seriously to meet hotel standards.

The room was on the top floor with no lift. Although the deskman said I could leave the cases downstairs, I didn't feel safe doing so.
It was very bare. There was only a small bar of soap, no shower gel etc. The floor seemed to dip in every direction, I felt like I was drunk when I walked across the room😂. The bed appeared to have been home made from tubular steel, and was a little on the short side. A six foot person would be hanging out the bottom. the mattress was comfortable though, and the sheet were fresh. For some reason there was an expensive looking mirror in the bathroom which had a clock and temperature gauge as well as a light. The shower was ok. For a one night stop over, it was ok.

Los colchones son horrorosos, los muelles se salen de l colchón. La limpieza cuestionable, tuvimos una bolsa de basura en el pasillo todos los días.

Dark room. Terribly uncomfortable bed. Metal cot with dodgy mattress. One minuscule bar of soap. No lift and room was on the 3rd floor with very dangerous last flight of stairs. No cleaning of room as promised.
