Pros:

Quasiment tout était au top. L emplacement: tout est à proximité. Le personnel : rien a dire certains parlent français. C était propre et spacieux.

Cons:

Le prix des boissons. Le spa ouvre un peu tardivement. La clim réglée trop froide. Mais c est vraiment des détails

Great hotel with bad staff that does not speak english
Pros:

Great location, great design of hotel and amazing rooftop pool. Concierge and rooftop bartender were amazing.

Cons:

Reception staff speaks 0 english which is a disgrace for this level of hotel. AC was not working proper for 2 of 3 days and they could not fix it till concierge fixed it.

Locația perfectă intr un oraș minunat. Cu siguranță vom reveni.
Pros:

Totul. Locația, aproape de mijloacele de transport, restaurante, obiective turistice,plajă. Personalul, mereu dispus să te ajute și să ți ofere informațiile necesare. Facilitățile hotelului, micul dejun excelent, terasa de pe acoperiș.

Cons:

Poziționarea chiuvetei în hol e neobișnuită, dar după ce te obișnuiești, nu deranjează cu nimic.

Pros:

We stayed at Hiltons and Radisson's during our time in Europe but they didn't come close to the Catalonia. The staff were amazing, the hotel and our room was spotless. Great location too.

Pros:

The location within the Gothic Quarter was perfect. We were greeted with such happy enthusiasm & given great advice on restaurants to frequent. Rooftop terrace & pool was a lovely retreat from midday heat. Breakfast was delicious too. Just loved our accomodation.

Cons:

The shower leaked in our room (501). Nothing terrible though. More tea/milk upon checking would be appreciated.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional! Adam walked us to a restaurant he recommended. That was above and beyond. Everyone was very helpful. The room was very comfortable, breakfast excellent and the location was perfect!

A lovely place to stay in Barcelona.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, brilliant staff. The pool and bar area is lovely. Perfect location in the Gothic Quarter.

Triple room is a little small for 3 people.

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world and do prefer the smaller boutique style properties.
Pros:

The first thing I liked was how friendly welcoming and warm the staff were at the front desk.
The room, although compact was extremely well designed very comfortable, clean and modern.
