Séjour très agréable
Pros:

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé à Barcelone. L’emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville facilement.
L’accueil est chaleureux et très professionnel, on se sent immédiatement à l’aise.
La chambre était confortable, calme et d’une propreté irréprochable.
Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et de grande qualité.
Gros plus pour le spa, très agréable et parfaitement entretenu, idéal pour se détendre après une journée de visites.
Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

The location was amazing. It was quiet. The stuff was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help us in anyway and answer our questions. We will definitely come back.

Surprisingly comfortable and wonderful staff. Excellent location.
Pros:

Old style service, with care and attention to the clients (especially from Adam). Very clean and well maintained. Reminds me of the "old days" when attention to details and care about the clients meant something.
