Pros:

When I arrive to the property I was greeted by local drug addicts asking to borrow money I told them I didn’t have any they threaten me. I told front desk that I wanted a refund and cancel my reservation, but never got a refund because I did not feel safe there at the property.

Too many junkies around prostitution drug dealers, not safe

Stay at Motel 6! It’s cheaper and the same thing. Suite is a stretch and it’s a Motel room with a small bathroom. As basic economy in a not great area with hard beds its nice. Pictures just led me to believe it would be nicer. NO REFUNDS even when they made the mistake. Insurance is sold for property but not honored so don’t waste your money on that. I booked 1 night then saw my mistake(wrong date). Called hotel they said I had booked two rooms even though conf said 1. No help so I booked for the next (right night) We got to hotel and once again they had 2 rooms in my name and confirmation said 1. Seems fishy to me to have absolute policy on no refunds and some how you get charged 2 rooms.

Pros:

The pictures show a breakfast area checked in and no breakfast. There were holes in the wall that had be smeared with spackle. The mattress had a big indention which made it very uncomfortable. The are it is in is pretty rough. Spent $5 more and get something for breakfast and possibly cleaner
