Das Parkhaus

Cons:

Baustellen um das Hotel und schwierige Anfahrt mit dem Navi wegen der Baustellen.
Die Gastronomie im Hause ist katastrophal und für ein 5 Sternehaus nicht akzeptabel.
Das Internet funktionierte überhaput nicht. Angeblich nur in diesem Zimmer !!!!!

Frühstück zu teuer
Rezeptionspersonal größtenteils nicht sehr freundlich und wenig kundenorientiert
in der Concierge Loge werden Lehrlinge abgestellt, die sich nicht auskennen und auch nicht weiterhelfen können.

Die Lage, der Ausblick sind genial!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvolkommend.
Schade, das bei dem hervoragendem Frühstück kaum Ausblicke auf die Umgebung möglich sind

Cons:

Die Toiletten wsten sowohl im Zimmer wie auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen nicht sauber geputzt. Es gibt zudem div Ecken die schwarz (Schimmel) sind z.B. Waschbecken auf Damen WC 8. Etage

For a short trip to Hamburg we would always stay at the Westin.
Pros:

The location and view are Perfect.

Cons:

Any extras are very expensive. Breakfast at €37 per person is the highest we‘d ever seen.
