Wir konnten nicht zu vereinbarten Zeit aufs Zimmer, da dieses nicht geputzt war. Als „Entschuldigung“ gab es lediglich ein Freigetränk! Da hätte ich mir in dieser Preisklasse mehr erhofft

Unsere Suite war erwartungsgemäss wunderschön, alles phantastisch, grosses Badezimmer, Sicht aus der Badewanne auf die Stadt Hamburg.
Als Ausgangspunkt für einen Hamburgbesuch und einen Konzertbesuch perfekt.
Frühstück war gut.
In verschiedenen Bereichen haben wir besonders souveräne und erfahrene Mitarbeitende erlebt, hat mir sehr gut gefallen.
