Außergewöhnlich schön !
Pros:

Die Lage! Außergewöhnlich ! Blick auf den Hafen/ Elbe Köhlbrandbrücke und Blick auf die City. Wir waren im 18. Stock. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

Repetiría en el mismo hotel
Pros:

Éramos 4 y la habitación fue suficientemente grande porque la última del pasillo tiene unos metros de más. El baño tiene un diseño muy original. Que tuviera ducha y bañera separadas fue muy práctico en nuestro caso. Camas cómodas. Buena ubicación.

Cons:

El precio del desayuno, por muy bueno que sea, es caro.
La mampara de la ducha tiene un resquicio por el que sale el agua y deja el suelo del baño ligeramente encharcado.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super. alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich. Obwohl das Hotel sehr voll war und viele Leute wegen des Marathons anwesend waren, bekamen wir einen Platz in der Bar. danke an das Personal! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, mit bester Aussicht auf den Hafen.
das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

zwei Dinge haben uns nicht gefallen: Leider hatte es beim Nachtessen im Brot einen kleinen Kieselstein. obwohl wir den Kellner darauf aufmerksam gemacht haben, hat er nicht darauf reagiert. die bestellten Früchte waren lieblos arrangiert und von schlechter Qualität. Preis-Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht.

Wunderbar gemütliches Zimmer

Cons:

Leider konnte man aus den Genstern rein gar nicht nach aussen sehen. Das widerspricht dem Bild, das in der Werbung von den Zimmern zu sehen ist.

Zusammen mit einem tollen Konzert war es ein Erlebnis der besonderen Art.
