Die Aussicht war grandios.
Pros:

Frühstückspreis war hoch. Lage sehr gut, Zugang zum Konzertsaal sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Fleck an der Decke, Hocker hat gewackelt.

In Verbindung mit einem Konzertbesuch optimal.
Cons:

Frühstückspreis überteuert. Der Frühstücksraum eng, ungemütlich und nüchtern eingerichtet. Aber sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Kaffee und Getränke wurden sehr schnell gebracht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war schlecht, für den Preis sogar grottenschlecht. Die Brötchen waren weich, es gab kein schönes knackiges frisches Brötchen.

Fantastisch logement met mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer
Pros:

De kamer was fantastisch met een heel mooi uitzicht op de stad. Het ontbijt was heel ruim en lekker.

Cons:

Zaterdagavond wouden wij wat drinken in de BLICK bar, Daar moesten we heel lang wachten totdat er iemand aan die receptie hiervan stond. Dan was er ineens geen plaats meer. We mochten wel zeggen wat we wouden drinken, maar moesten het dan maar zelf komen halen. Heel onvriendelijk en onprofessioneel gedrag. We zijn dan maar zelf wat drinken in een winkel in de buurt gaan halen en deze opgedronken op onze kamer. Service bar was beneden alle peil.

Wenn Hamburg, dann hier
Pros:

Die Lage in der Elphi in der Hafencity kann natürlich nicht getoppt werden. Wenn man wie wir die entsprechende
Kategorie bucht, hat man auch einen tollen Ausblick aus dem sehr großen Zimmer.
Bad mit Wanne mit Aussicht ist natürlich auch unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eigentlich alles, aber ist ziemlich eng und immer "wuselig". Meistens ist es auch laut und gemütlich längere Zeit sitzen ist nicht möglich.
