Pleasant Hotel, but unpleasant location
Pros:

Breakfast basic, but OK for us. Very pleasant man greets you with egg choice card if you want eggs. Room and beds comfortable. Smiling staff

Cons:

There is a school next door. Not the kids that bothered us but the incessant megaphone that went on and on. Very unpleasant. Thank goodness our stay included a weekend with no school..

Nice and enjoyable
Pros:

Great location in Hua Hin and very smart boutique hotel with large rooms

Cons:

Only downside was room backed onto children’s school and very noisy with tannoys & music at 7.30 am and afternoon.

Comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very generous sized rooms. Lovely staff - couldn’t do enough for us. Exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area and bar. Walking distance from the beach and township for meals / bars.

Cons:

The air conditioner unit situated on the balcony was a bit noisy.

A very nice, comfortable hotel in which we enjoyed our one night stay.
Pros:

No complaints. Breakfast was at to be expected without having a huge choice. Very nice pool area and view from it out to the ocean was interesting.

Pros:

Very pleasant stay very clean and all the wall sockets you needed bed great and air-conditioning cool staff very friendly nice rooftop pool

A little more choice breakfast for European's like bacon beens etc

Very nice hotel and great location and certainly value for money.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional and the breakfast was sensational I did not want to leave !

The water in the shower took some time to get hot ( actually it never got hot) but was OK

Idéalement placé pour ceux qui souhaite découvrir Hua Hin à pieds comme à moto. Proches de plusieurs Night market, commerces, bars, etc.. Hôtel à la propreté irréprochable, les chambres et couloirs sont nettoyés chaque jour, belle déco. Chambre très confortable avec un très bacon d'angle. Petit déjeuner correct.

This was a great choice for a modern well located hotel at an affordable price. We will be back.
Pros:

The location was excellent close to everything the bed was soft and the shower was great staff were always helpful
But the best part was the rooftop wet edged pool with its loungers and covered seating area. All with a view of the sea!

Cons:

Nothing to speak about. On the first night the air con broke but they put us in another room straight away and everything was fixed the next day.
