La habitacion era mas pequeña de lo que decia el anuncio

This place is old and run down;they don’t tell you until you are trapped that there is NO HOT WATER in your room ;yes no hot water in your room and this is an dry resort No wine no pina colada no beer no alcohol and no byob for pool or restaurant

Le falta unos arreglistas pero no es mucho, esta bien así

El lugar limpio y tranquilo ….. el servicio y la comida tienen que mejorar

Solo deben mejorar la limpieza de las sabanas.
Encontre arenita en las sabanas.
Y eso que no estuve en la playa.
Todo lo demas estuvo excelente.

Muy lejos y la carretera de terracería, la gente se mete en ropa interior a la piscina, el servicio en restaurantes es lento, aceptan a gente armada y sin educación ya que habían mujeres semi desnudas tomándose fotos en la piscina y los dueños no hacen NADA!! El único mesero amable Jose después los demás NO es su palabra favorita. Camas muy duras y baño demasiado pequeño e incomodo. Hay mas hoteles en Hawaii y Monterrico este NO lo recomiendo. Bulla en la piscina de noche y están frente a los cuartos. El dueño atiende a los vulgares, turistas extranjeros, armados y no al local que somos la mayoría !! Busquen Dos Mundos, La Mar, Le Blanc que si vale la pena y cuestan lo mismo.

Es un lugar muy bonito y muy familiar, el servicio es muy bueno y la comida ha mejorado mucho desde mi última visita. Mi único inconveniente son las camas que a mi gusto no fueron muy cómodas, siempre son un poco duras. Por lo demás es definitivo que regresamos proximamente.

Amazing Hotel to stay in in Monterrico. Great service and the food in the restaurant is Delicious. Safe, and clean. I slept good on the bed, although the mattress is on a cement bed. I recommend this Hotel !!!

Lo único que no me gustó es que no había menú de comida para niños

se dio un cuarto pequeño y muy incómodo la cama sobre concreto las almohadas como piedra no mas en este lugar

Ambiente familiar muy bonito.
Para mi el único inconveniente fue el agua salada en las duchas de las habitaciones.

Not electricity , as consequence not air condition , on a hot room ,not wifi you need to open ,and close the gate not safe , not food because not electricity , not cool drink , not comfortable place to relax too hot , the bed is super hard because the bed base is on cement. Bad bad experience 😡😡😡😡.

親切なサービスでした。自然にできた海岸でした。遠浅で太平洋の大きな波も経験でき楽しかったです。食事もおいしい魚エビ料理をいただきました。地名がハワイというのも感激しました。ハワイというのは、樹木の名前と聞きました。夕日がとてもきれいでした。ありがとうございました。

The hotel is ok, but what we really loved is that it is in a remote area where you find peace and a beautiful beach and you get to Walk long stretches peacefully. It has a beautiful deck looking the sea where you could sit for hours, as we did.

El servicio del restaurante mas que excelente... el lugar muy agradable y limpio.

Espacios pequeños, agua muy salada en la ducha no ofrecen información turistica. El hotel no vale su precio.

Well I will start off by saying the pictures I saw online I did not see in my room. The room was ok is all I can say. Definitely not the worse I have seen but not like pic shown. The hotel staff made up where the room failed exceptions. They were all so sweet and accommodating. The food and drinks were good.

Mal pues nos cancelaron la reservacion a ultima hora y aun no hemos recibido el reembolso de nuestro dinero

가격대비 서비스가 만족할 만큼은 아니었습니다.
호텔 방 내에 냉장고, 음료수 배치는 좋았으나, 전부 추가적인 금액이 필요한터라 호텔 서비스는 삼가하게 되더라구요.
