古さは感じるが、便利でコスパがよいホテル
Pros:

この辺りにはホテルがないので助かりました。とても寒い時期だったのでお部屋に帰るとセラミックヒーターがついていてお部屋があったかくよかったです。全体的に古いホテルですが、キレイにしてあります。冷蔵庫もありますし、一階には電子レンジとコイン式の洗濯機、乾燥機があります。部屋のオイルヒーターは集中管理のようです。切れるとさすがにすこし寒いです。
一点、シャワーの湯量が少なく、温度調整が難しかったです。冬なのでちょっと辛かったです。
フロントのお姉さまたちは穏やかで、いろいろ丁寧に教えてくださるので、自宅のように過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Hotel facilities are very old. No air conditioner.

Location is far a way from center of the Hakodate city.
No air conditioner.
Recently Hokkaido is very hot. Air conditioner is needed.

所在地がバス停より遠いので夜間の徒歩が不安。
Pros:

事前の確認電話の際、女性の対応が悪い印象だった。

個人的に立地条件が良いのでリピート利用はするが、設備は残念(>_<)。
Pros:

ご家族で運営されているようで、家庭的な印象。接客面は不満は全く無いが、如何せん建物も設備も古い為、環境的には満足とは言え無い。
・テレビの画面が小さい。ベッドに寝ると全く何が写ってるか分からない。
・フェイスタオルが薄っぺらい。
・窓の木製パネルの中央がガラスの為、外から見えそう。浴室自体が狭いので部屋で着替えたかったが、外から見えそうなので、浴室で体を捻り捻り着替えた。
・夜間、ボイラーか何かの音がうるさくて何度も目が覚めた。
・オートロックじゃない。
・机側の壁に鏡がない。(化粧時不便)

いろいろ挙げましたが、清掃は行き届いていましたので、不快と言うより不便でした。

可もなく不可もなく素泊まりなら
Pros:

目の前にドンキ、イトーヨーカドーがあるので便利。
駐車場が狭い。
部屋は値段相応。（清潔感はある）
シャンプーとか１個なのでシャワー２回目から素洗い。

門限に注意
Pros:

深夜0時から朝の5時までホテルからの出入りができないので注意が必要です。コンビニも少し離れています。安いですが値段の割に広いと思います。

禁煙室に泊まったけど、何となくタバコの臭いがした。たぶん、マナーの悪い人が泊まったのだと思う。　ポットが沸かせないタイプなので、朝方にはぬるくなっていた。

コーヒー、朝軽食等のサービスが多くなっているチェーンホテルが満室でとれなかった結果でしたが悔しい。
Pros:

部屋価格と実態が合っていないと思います。要は部屋はかなり旧式で景観や駐車環境は悪く感じたのに、価格は割高と思いました。
