wir haben als Familie (inklusive meiner Oma und meines Opas) 4 Tage und 3 Nächte im Familienzimmer des The Sofa Hotel in Avanos verbracht. Wer eine Unterkunft mit echter Seele, Geschichte und herausragender Gastfreundschaft sucht, wird dieses liebevoll eingerichtete, historische anatolische Steingebäude lieben.

​Unser Familienzimmer & Schlafklima

Unser Familienzimmer bot eine fantastische Mischung aus traditionellem anatolischen Charme und modernem Komfort. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Raumklima: Im heißen Sommer blieben die Zimmer auf natürliche Weise angenehm kalt. In Kombination mit den mega bequemen Betten hat das für ein absolut optimales Schlafklima gesorgt. Auch für meine Großeltern war das Zimmer perfekt geschnitten.

​Kulinarik: Das absolute Highlight

Für das Frühstück gibt es eigentlich nur ein Wort: Wow! Es war schlichtweg atemberaubend. Alles war unglaublich frisch und handgemacht. Die Auswahl bot alles, was das Herz begehrt: von Sarma, Bohça, Simit, Su Böreği und Sigara Böreği über unzählige Käsesorten und verschiedenste herzhafte Aufstriche bis hin zu tollen Süßspeisen. Dazu gab es frischen Saft, Limonade, heißen türkischen Tee und als absolute Krönung exzellenten Honig mit Kaymak. In meinen 15 Jahren Hotelerfahrung haben wir als Familie ein derartiges Frühstück noch nicht gesehen. Da können selbst 5-Sterne-Hotels, in denen die Qualität oft nachlässt, absolut nicht mithalten.

​Wichtiger Hinweis zur Zahlung (Achtung bei Booking-Reservierungen!)

Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gab es bei der Transparenz der Zahlungsbedingungen: Wir hatten über Booking.com reserviert, wo nicht kommuniziert wurde, dass bei der Zahlung im Hotel mit Karte zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen können. Erst im Nachhinein erhielten wir eine E-Mail, dass Zahlungen vor Ort in Lira erfolgen. Das ist an sich überhaupt kein Problem, zumal das Hotel absolut fair und ohne Tricks exakt 1:1 nach dem offiziellen Kurs der türkischen Zentralbank abrechnet.

Herşey çok güzeldi, herkes inanılmaz yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı da mükemmel ve çok lezzetliydi. Eğer kısmet olursa ve bir daha gelirsek yine burda kalacağız.

Gerne wieder!
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit süßen Zimmern und einem ruhigen, toll gestalteten Innenhof mit ganz besonderer Atmosphäre. Man kann gut auf einfach mal einen ganzen Tag auf einer der vielen Terrassen verbringen, sich die ganzen kleinen und großen Kunstwerke anschauen und herrlich entspannen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Удачное месторасположение. Вкусные завтраки , большой выбор блюд. Персонал дружелюбный. Номера чистые. Особенно понравилось дизайнерское оформление в витамином стиле с элементами древне римской и византийской актичности.
