Horrible hotel

Great place to stay, friendly staff and beds and bathrook facilities were good! But would happily come back again

well located, only 15min walking from the beach and the amusement park.
the stuff is super friendly, the beds comfortable.
the breakfast is fine.

Staff was kind and helpful but had extremely limited english. The images aren't particularly accurate, as the space has definitely accumulated some wear and tear over the years.

推しどころは安さとローケーション！
少し歩いた大通り沿いには夜遅くまでやっているレストランやバーがありました。
爆音とネオンが凄かったレストランバーやギターとバイオリンの生演奏を聞きながら食事ができるレストランがあり、とてもいいディナーができると思いました。
Sun Worldもすぐです。市場もありました。
エアコンもちゃんと効き、お湯もちゃんと出ました。
ただ、ベッドにダニみたいなとても小さな虫が居ました。

My experience at the hostel was very pleasant. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. They showed me around, giving me directions and tips of where to go. Tour bookings were fast and easy with them. The vibe of the hostel was very nice as well.

Dejligt sted med ro efter Hanoi. Personalet var søde og venlige og der var en god atmosfære i stuen.

Chambres petite mais prope

It's a nice hostel though they had not cleaned the floor so it felt dirty when you were in the room. Otherwise, it's a nice hostel and lovely staff!

Was wirklich super war,, wir durften unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verschieben und durften sogar eine Stunde früher ins Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Leider war es auch nicht ganz sauber, neben dem Bett lag viel Dreck unter abderem ein Ohrstöpsel vom Vorgänger. Aber die Wände waren super schön bemalt. Auch das Bad war nicht ganz sauber und die Wände waren sehr fleckig. Das Frühstück war ganz in Ordnung aber mit sehr viel Öl zubereitet. Für eine Nacht sehr gut, aber wir haben uns dann eine andere Unterkunft gesucht.

Overall good stay, room & breakfast what you expect for the price.
Service poor, we asked numerous questions about the area, for example the buses- the lady on reception lied to us to con us into getting a taxi. I expect to be conned by street sellers not by my own hotel.

Halong Happy Hostel was the best place to meet people. Good location. Staff were extremly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so good. Free beer for happy hour and beer was cheap. Enjoyed . Really happy.

Accueil très sympathique, personnel serviable. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement à l'hôtel. Taxi commandé directement par l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner à choix gratuit. Lieu commun pour les clients sympa, possibilité de manger sur place et de boire un verre. Dortoir pas très spacieux mais lit confortable. Pas de caution pour les chambres.

Stayed for 4 nights and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My bed was solid although twin bed in room was OK. Gave fresh towels when requested but did not clean room at all despite asking our permission to do so and 85 steps up to our room! But all said and done the atmosphere far outweighed the downsides and for the price we were happy to ignore any problems

Gutes und preiswertes Hotel im Zentrum von Ha Long mit Verpflegungungmoglichkeiten und Anbindung an die Busverbindungen.

The athmosphere was good and we had a nice room with a good view over the city. The staff forgot our bus checking to hanoi,so we had to wait for another 1. 5 hours...

Hotel is in a convenient area of Halong City and the staff were great for helping to organise transport options to Phong Nha for us. Beds were incredibly hard but these is air-conditioning and free breakfast so very good value for what you pay.
