الفندق جميل و الاصطاف متعاون جدا جدا من أفضل الاصطاف اللي شوفتهم في فنادق و النضافه ممتازة مشكلتي معاهم كانت في تنوع الفطار تقريبا الفطار مكنتش بنقدر ناكل غير شاي وحلويات بسبب عدم تنوع الفطار بس كانت عندهم ألذ عسل اصلي شوفناه

حسن الاستقبال والضيافة و تعاون الموظفين جميعا من يوسف في الحجوزات الى Murat في الاستقبال وايضا خدمة صف السيارات مقابل مبلغ معقول طوال فترة الاقامة
وايضا الغرف المطلة والنظافة بالمجمل الفندق يشرح النفس

He was incredibly cooperative, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and that we felt welcome. His warm attitude, prompt assistance, and dedication to guest satisfaction reflect the highest standards of hospitality.

The experience was really great. I would like to give a special thanks to @Efe Gecen and @Merve from guest relations and concierge for the professional way and hospitality. Everything has been adequately arranged before we arrived at the hotel.
