يوم وصولي كان الفجر وقلت بحجز الليله هذي - استقبلنا موظف الاستقبال بفضاضه وطار فينا بالرغم اني قلت له بحجز الليله فما ادري وش كان يبي بالضبط !

Kızımla birlikte sabah erken saatte otele varmamıza rağmen erken C-in yapıp oramıza çok erken saatte giriş yapabildik. Desteğiniz için teşekkürler Eren ve Aleyna.

Odamız her gün özverili bir şekilde temizlendi ve minibar ikramları hiç aksatılmadı emeği geçen herkesin eline sağlık.

Ayrıca çok basit bir konuda yardım rica etmemize rağmen bizlerle titizlikle ilgilenen ve kahvaltı ikramından dolayı da Ömer beye teşekkür ederiz. Otele mutlaka yeniden geleceğiz.

Cons:

Daha önceki ziyaretimizde otelin önünden Vialand ve Taksim yönlerine doğru direkt yoldan çok sayıda alternatif toplu taşıma olanağı vardı. Ancak bu kez her tere taksi ile seyahat etmek zorunda kaldık. Çünkü pek çok minibüs ve otobüs hatları belediye tarafından iptal edilmiş.

The property is clean and the rooms fit groups as per demand. The staff is super friendly and were very helpful. We know Azad since last year and he has never failed us. We came back this year because of the good service and the helpful people. A shoutout to Azad who made our stay pleasant.
