Pros:

При заезде было чисто, но в номере не убирали. Была сломана дверца шкафа где находиться мини бар и тапочки. В ванной были зубные щётки, ватных спонжей и шапочки для душа не было. Отель предоставляет халаты. Отель воду также не предоставляет. Персонал приветливый, помогли занести чемодан так, как нет лифта. Завтракать можно в номере или на свежем воздухе.

Ми вже як 4роки зупиняємось тільки у Венеції.
Цього року замовили люкс та були неприємно вражені.
Номер 16 потребує трошкі косметичного ремонту та оновлення.
Сантехніка у ванні тече, для люкса це якось не дуже...
На ліжку був товстий шар пилу.
Все інше,нарікань немає.
Хотілось би побажати в майбутньому більш ретельніше прибирати та душову кабіну полагодити.

Отель очень понравился. Номер в который меня поселили довольно таки просторный. Из окна замечательный вид на реку Днепр. В номере очень уютно. Персонал отеля приветливый. Завтрак очень понравился.

The room was right above the pool, and the noise was so loud during the night that it was difficult to sleep. There were multiple nights when reception had to be called to complain about the noise. The wi-fi never worked. The smartphone and the computer would connect to the wi-fi, and within 2 minutes it would disconnect again. This happened on three different smartphones and two different laptops, so we know it wasn't our devices. Don't expect to have a good internet connection in the hotel if you stay here, because the router was constantly resetting. There was one day when we couldn't shower because there was no water in the room. We turned the knob for the faucet both in the sink and in the shower, and only air came out. Other days, the water pressure was so low, that it was impossible to shower well. At breakfast, we would arrive before others and sit at our table, and other guests would be served breakfast before us. The walls are thicker than in some hotels I've stayed in, but you can still hear neighbors voices and televisions through the walls. The cost for a taxi from the hotel to Sobornii Prospekt for us in November 2018 was about 35 UAH, which at the time was about $1.20 (USD), which is reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can call and order food delivery to the hotel from many restaurants and cafes on Sobornii Prospekt (the main street in Zaporizhya) for free, if you can speak Russian or Ukrainian well and have a working telephone.

New to town
Pros:

My first night I flew from Seattle USA and arrived in Zaporozhye at 9 pm after flying for a day. My reservations said no confirmation required so when I get to the hotel they told me they had no room for me but to come back tomorrow. So I had to spend over 2000 uah for taxi and book another hotel for the night. I was not very happy. The staff were nice and helpful but my first night in the Ukraine did not start off well.

Quiet get away.
Pros:

Nice hotel, pleasant staff, no public transportation close. No in room coffee, cleaning services were not on a daily basis.
