Nada de especial, nada que encante. 😊

Cons:

Funcionários ao check-in deixam muito a desejar a nível de simpatia, Roberta claramente não queria ser rececionista naquele dia mas o check-in foi feito.

Falta manutenção dos quartos - silicones, pintura das paredes, investimento em novas toalhas e roupas de cama.
Para o preço/qualidade já estaríamos à espera de algo mais baixa gama.

Was ok at the end !

The employees are very kind and helpful

Cons:

I didn’t like the breakfast system ie although it was said to finish at 10am, one of the days I arrived 09h45 and noticed the employees starting collecting everything 5min before the deadline. As far as I am concerned It’s not a usual practice at other hotels. I am not saying that I would stay there until 10h30 or so, but that way was a bit frustrating. Anyway, the breakfast itself is very good ! Hope they change it. In addition, they take quite a while to clean the tables making quite difficult to find a single one clean due to the large volume of guests.

Eu amei de paixão o hotel. Funcionarios excelentes (em especial o Gabriel que me atendeu super bem na área da piscina ); acomodações excelentes, ambiente gostoso e confortavel. O café da manhã é sem palavras!!!
Localização é boa porque tem ponto de onibus na frente, facil acesso aos aplicativos de transporte também. pra quem gosta de curtir a noite la é cheioooo cheio mesmo de bares, baladas, etc.
facil acesso aos pontos turisticos também.
Em fim no ta 1000. Eu amei e se puder voltarei mais vezes !
