Cómodo con pequeñas cosas a mejorar
Pros:

Jardin y alberca muy agradables. Buena ubicacion, cerca del centro pero tranquilo. Habitaciones sencillas pero cómodas.

Cons:

Servicio de alimentos excesivamente caro y el restaurante con un horario muy limitado. La cafetería de la alberca tiene comida bastante básica y la relación calidad-precio no compensa. Muchos mosquitos en la habitación (al limpiar deberían tratar de no dejar todo abierto o poner algun repelente al salir). Me faltó un pequeño refri en la habitación.

El hotel es muy bonito, conserva un estilo chapaneco y cuentan con muchas flora al rededor de todo el hotel que lo hace ver muy bonito. la decoración también es muy bonita.

Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación la cual la regadera estaba totalmente tapada salían como 3 chorritos de agua, al ir a la recepción y comentarles mandaron a un señor a destaparlo con un clip pero nos dijo que si no nosotros lo hiciéramos, no lo logramos y volvieron a mandar al señor, cabe destacar que nos habíamos metido a la alberca por lo que los 4 de la habitación queríamos bañarnos, les dijimos que nos dieran una habitación aunque sea para cambiaron y no quisieron, después de aproximadamente 40 minutos nos dicen que estaba imposible de destapar porque tenia mucho sarro y que mejor si nos cambiaban de habitación.

3rd time in 4 months!
Pros:

We like La Ceiba very much — 3rd time staying there in four months! Location is great. Staff are awesome. Cafe is a good addition. This time, the AC was excellent, as was the hot water - much appreciated. We will definitely stay at La Ceiba again.

Cons:

We don’t love the mattresses but accept them because we like everything else about the property.

Chiapa de Corzo is a fun place to be during their Fiesta Grande, we slept great in this quiet hotel.
