From the very first moment at reception, we felt genuinely welcomed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. The breakfast was also outstanding, with great variety and quality, setting the perfect tone for each day.

What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, approachable, and always available to help with anything we needed. A special mention to David, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. He helped us every day with recommendations for the best wine tastings and made sure we were always well taken care of.

A big thank you to David for his exceptional attention and kindness. We will definitely be back.

Their recommendations for restaurants and sights were excellent, and they were incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We were so happy that we decided to extend our trip by one extra night — that says it all!

On top of the amazing service, the location is perfect and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. All in all, a solid 10/10. Thank you again, and see you next time — we’ll definitely be back!

Hotel Gagliardi was absolutely beautiful, and Maria could not have been more hospitable. She gave us a complimentary upgrade to the Junior Suite, which felt like our own personal castle.

Our stay at the Gagliardi Boutique Hotel in Noto can be summed up with a single word: Exceptional! The hotel is located in an elegant historic building (taking the name from Rosario Gagliardi, one of the greatest masters of the Sicilian baroque) just behind Palazzo Ducezio and a few steps from the central Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the Cathedral and all local beauties and facilities (including the famous Caffe Sicilia). The location is just perfect, and the hotel also provides a few parking places for those coming by car. The rooms are extremely nice and very elegantly furnished - modern facilities within an historic setting. The hotel is provided with a magnificent Terrace where to watch sunset while savouring an aperitivo, the breakfast is rich and perfectly composed of all amazing flavours of this sun blessed territory, and there are also elegant living and relaxing spaces throughout - indoor and outdoor - and an internal bar with a selection of fine spirits from all over the world. All this already makes the Gagliardi Hotel an exceptional selection to explore the beautiful city of Noto. However, what makes this hotel a truely outstanding choice is the courtesy, professionalism and kindness of its staff. At our arrival, we have had a “technical” issue with our room. Nothing worth mentioning, one of those things that can happen. Yet, the two staff at the front desk, Maria and Marco have really gone over and beyond their possibilities to apologise for the issue and to make our stay absolutely memorable. Thanks also to the bar tender, Luigi - who has shared with us the full extent of his knowledge, leading us on a journey of discovery of the richness of Sicily and the incredibly variety of its produce - the continuous attentions of the hotel staff, their indications, their suggestions, their courtesy, have really redefined for us what hospitality and attention to the customer should be about.
