Soggiorno eccellente! Hotel bellissimo nel cuore del centro storico di Noto, curato nei minimi dettagli e con una splendida terrazza che rende l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Un grazie particolare a Maria per la sua gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità, e un complimento anche ai bravissimi Marco e Tiziana, sempre accoglienti e attenti. Complimenti a tutto lo staff per la cordialità e la cura verso gli ospiti, alla bravissima Claudia per la colazione davvero di ottima qualità. Torneremo sicuramente!

La atención de todo el personal fue estupenda, desde el front desk hasta en el restaurant. Quisiera mencionar especialmente la atención de la Srta. María Tiralongo, insuperable!!!! Las instalaciones del hotel son fabulosas, todas las áreas. Los desayunos deliciosos y el bar en el roof top del hotel, simplemente fabuloso!!!!!!!! espectacular. Es la mejor opción para alojarse en la ciudad de Noto. Altamente recomendable.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Noto. It was beautiful, and the people working there were true gems. They were attentive and kind. The hotel itself was exquisite!

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Noto. The location can’t be beat- 1 block from
The Main Street. The staff is so friendly- Marcos and Diana at the front desk, Andrea the bartender at the rooftop bar was so wonderful and personable, and made the best cocktails! My favorite was the Gin Basil Smash. The view from the rooftop bar is truly the best in the city. The free breakfast is the best I’ve ever had- fresh prosciutto and Parmesan cut right in front of you, eggs made to order, make your own cannoli station, amazing coffee, tons of pastries and desserts.
I was slightly nervous about staying here because the photos of the rooms don’t look great but it’s honestly way better than the photos and so charming / full of history. I would def stay here again and recommend it

Thankyou Maria and team. The perfect hotel to end our 16 days in Sicily. The rooms are plush, super clean and luxe, , the common areas are Devine, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, the breakfast is good, the roof terrace is amazing, and we loved NOTO! I highly recommend, the best night sleep and all the little extras are noted!
Fabulous location and reception staff fantastic
Rooms were lovely but steps on one room not aligned my wife and I both tripped on it and it needs to be corrected we were then changed to a different even nicer room which was fabulous
The roof top bar is fabulous but the staff up there are downright rude
The first night we went up there we were asked did we have a reservation we explained we dust downstairs in et cetera reservation was not necessary and we were accommodated but not made feel very welcome.
The next night we asked reception to reserve a space for us when we returned to the bar we were told there was no reservation made there were plenty of seats around the bar but the bar made an issue about this. I explained that the problem lay with the hotel and not with our group as we were residence and we are booked and that if it was not available, it was really there. Job to fix the problem. To say that we are made to feel uncomfortable getting a drink in the hotel bar in the hotel which we are residence would be to put it mildly and I would not return to the hotel in the back of this experience.
