Greatful to staying at Casa Jum
Pros:

My name is Jess, and I am an American citizen. This was my first time traveling to the Dominican Republic. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was feeling really sad because I came to the D.R. for business and was under a lot of stress.

At the front desk, I met Kareem, who was incredibly kind to me. I was so down that I could barely speak, but Kareem, with his kindness and uplifting personality, took the time to talk to me and motivate me in such a positive way.

Later, when I went to my business meetings, I was surprised at how confident and energized I felt — all because of the encouragement Kareem gave me. Thanks to him, I made a lot of sales and felt proud of myself again.

Honestly, a person like Kareem is a real asset to a place like Hotel Casa Jum He makes this hotel feel powerful and full of good energy. The hotel itself is very clean, beautiful, and welcoming, but people like Karim make it truly special.

I loved my experience at Casa Jum, and I can’t wait to come back on my next trip to the Dominican Republic.

Good room for the rate! Clean and safe!!
Pros:

We were there overnight on our way to Cabarete. They picked us up from the STI airport at around 9 PM. The driver was very nice and when we got to the hotel, they cooked us some food even though it was late. The owners are very nice, and he spoke good English. They also answered all our questions and helped us to get to the bus station to go to Cabarete the next morning. I thought the rate was good and the room was clean and safe for the rate.

The place is good but the hotel administration only care about money. I tried to cancel after the date and they said I had to go throught Expedia. Wjen I went through Expedia, Expedia tried with 5 different agents and could not cancel my reservation or even move it for another date. I had an emergency and could not make it to the reserved dates. I called them and they wouldnt respond. They will try to rebuttle with excuses on this review, dont trust the management of this place. They lie and give you the run around!
