I liked the breakfast, especially the hard boiled eggs.

Cons:

The bath towels were somewhat smaller than I had expected.
I also got billed for the room from the hotel as well as from you. I have written to American Express about this.

Pros:

I love staying here. The location is perfect! The check in is quick and pleasant. I always love the the staff, because they remember me.

Cons:

The beds are NOT comfortable. I am fine with firm, but not rock hard. However, I make it work.

Pros:

Location is supreme. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned well. Hair on the bathroom counter. Trash not emptied. Bathroom lights not functioning. Ordered food that took nearly an hour and still didn't receive part if the food order.

La ciudad de San Francisco está cruzando el puente a 15 minutos.
