Everything was as expected or better with very nice tasteful, clean rooms.
Pros:

I liked the entire ambience of the hotel. There were nice places to sit inside the lobby and outside by the street. The rooms were very clean, including the bath and the bedding. It was so pleasant to stay in a room that was tastefully decorated and large and relaxing. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, French toast, fresh fruit salad, lots of variety of breads, English muffins, cereals, steel cut oatmeal, etc. One thing that was unusual was that the heating/cooling system was central and stayed a very pleasant temperature with not a lot of noise. Location was great to get to Berkeley. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel was $40 and across the street $25.

Cons:

I was left with a terrible impression of the hotel because they charged a $200 deposit, which was frozen. A few days later, the $200 was changed to $137. I’ve written to the hotel, but they haven’t responded. Everything was definitely fine—nothing was damaged—so the reason is unclear.

Относительно новый отель. Все чисто. Приятный район с магазинами. Недалеко от Беркли

Cons:

Шум от какого-то агрегата в номере ночью. Вид на железную дорогу. Завтрак - катастрофа. Ну можно хоть немного улучшить? Что за жадность такая.
