Pros:

ウォシュレットが壊れてたのでフロントに連絡して、直してもらった。水道の勢いがなく見てもらったが改善はしなかった。
大浴場があったので、それは良かった。

学校の実習の関係で、宿泊施設を検索していて料金が安く駅に近いこともあり予約しました。
思った以上に、駅にも実習先にも近くとても便利でした。
静かで過ごしやすかったです。

Staff speak very little English but they are very accommodating to accede to our request. Staff turned up immediately when asked for help to open the window.

Pros:

チェックインした際に流氷まつりや花火の情報を教えてくれて、網走を楽しむことができました‼︎
橋を渡れば駅とバス停もあって、よかったです。

駐車場が目の前に停める事ができて良かった。夕食は付いていないが、1Fのレストランが利用できて、サービスと味両方良かった。部屋も落ち着いて滞在出来て良かった

駅から近く、空港からバスで来た場合でもバス停が近くて、行きやすい。

駐車場がわからず困りましたが、フロントで細かく対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。
室内アメニティの浴衣が、3名で宿泊にもかかわらず1つしかありませんでした。
朝食は素朴な感じでとってもおいしくいただきました。
