Was man braucht
Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und neu eingerichtet

Cons:

Das Bad war etwas beengt und der Wasserhahn hat alles rundherum mit nass gespritzt und die Fenster konnten nur leicht gekippt werden

Pros:

Sehr angenehmen Hotel mit Klimaanlage. War bei den heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Bäckerei und DM waren 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schöne Bar und Frühstücksraum. Der Bus 53 hat genau vor dem Hotel halt gemacht. Und das Bett fand ich sehr bequem, schlafe sonst nicht gut in fremden Betten aber da sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb. Also wenn man in die Stadt möchte oder Stadion muss man schon etwas mehr Zeit einplanen um dort hin zu kommen.

Cons:

Zimmer war abgewohnt, undefinierbare Spritzer im Bad, große Löcher in der Gardine, Unkraut auf dem Balkon. Sauberkeit lies mehr als zu wünschen übrig - Krümmel auf dem Teppich, Fingerabdrücke vom Vormieter, dreckige Fenster, Chips auf dem Balkon und Zahnpastereste haben uns den ganzen Aufenthalt begleitet. Auch der Aufzug wies über Tage die gleichen fetten Handabdrücke auf, Boden im Speisesaal teilweise dreckig...

The staff was very pleasant, courteous, and willing to help.
On the other hand, the hotel itself is aging and clearly requires real renovation.
It is not centrally located, costing approximately €20 by taxi to reach the city center

Perfektes Hotel für Städtereise
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekte Lage. Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hoteleingang. Wir hatten unsere EBikes dabei, mit diesen waren wir in 30 Minuten im englischen Garten
