Çok kötü bir tesis
Pros:

Hiç güzel değildi tavsiye etmem bir oda için saat 2 ye kadar beklettiler çıkacağımız gün saat 12 de aradılar odayı boşalmamış gerekiyor diye kahvaltısı çok kötüydü başka masadan gelen peynirleri bizim masaya getirip bırakmışlar temizliğe gelince hiç memnun değildim en basitinden çay kaşığı iğrenç ötesiydi odada banyonun orada fare ölüsü vardı oradaki yetkililer bunu gormuyormu bilmiyorum

Every year l prefered Casa Sevilla, but l need to mention : "Every time, it is getting worse". That was my last try for this facilitty.

2. Katta bana verilen bir odada konakladım. Odanın balkonunda bira kutusu,temizlenmemiş ağzına kadar sigara izmariti dolu küllük,giysi dolabında ise bir önceki kalıştan kalmış kadın kıyafeti mevcut idi. Eski bir otelci olarak bu gösteriyorki oda sadece kabataslak temizlenmiş fakat kontrol bile edilmemiş. Öğlen 2 de giriş yaptığım odada dinlenmek istedim fakat çalışanların aşırı gürültüsünden dinlenemedim ve 4 gibi otelden mecbur dışarı çıktım. Keza ertesi sabah 7 de tekrar aynı gürültü ile uyandım.

Pros:

Otelin farklı odası verileceği söylenmesine rağmen camsız denebilecek en kötü odası verildi, dekorasyonu güzel olan otel konum olarak alacatı merkeze uzak.söylenenden farklı oda verilip hiçbirşey yapılmaması hoş değildi, kahvaltı cok yetersizdi.

Mükemmel bir yer kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.Müşteri ilişkileri çok sıcak canayakın sevimli sempatik ,odalar çok güzel temiz alaçatı cafelere 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde sabah kahvaltısı yeterli ,kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim
