The maintenance of the hotel is not good. The breakfast buffet is poorly maintained.
Pros:

The location is good, convenient to travel around, the car parking lot is convenient

Cons:

The hotel wrongly charged an amount of VND7,459,200 to my credit card while the original amount quoted by Booking.com is only VND6,129,600 (VND1,329,600 extra). The issue has not been solved until today despite the fact that I already raised issue while checking out the hotel 4 days ago.
