I thought the property was convenient to the highway so I can have access to the different stores in a different part of Indiana
The property is older and they do not fix anything. They took a whole refrigerator for one room and put it in another. They never came to clean my room. They never came to clean the second room. They put the broken refrigerator from my first room to my second room then had the audacity to take my deposit because our rose petals on the that was not real. There was no manager on duty the whole weekend and when I finally did speak to someone, the owner never called back. I literally should’ve gotten an entire refund for my whole stay. I spent $1100 on two rooms with the most horrible experience possible. The bathroom had mold . I have pictures below. Every time I ask them to help and clean up the mess they never came. I had to make my own bed for both rooms.
Great location.
Room was dirty and microwave was full of food from last tenant, and room wasn't ready at check in time had to wait an hour. Room was 87° on a hot day with the AC turned off before check in. Work out room everything was broken and missing-worthless!
Breakfast was sub par, fake eggs, cold sausage, dirty counters.... stayed 4 days, was only given one days worth of towels, was told they couldn't give me any more because they didn't have any.
Woke in the morning to find batteries dead in thermostat and room hot, went and got new batteries from front counter, installed batteries and left to go to eat. Came back to my room to find two people inside from the maintenance dept. Putting new batteries in the thermostat I already changed batteries in that front counter gave me!! Room had all my personal things in it, was never told anyone would be accessing my room during the stay and I never asked anyone to come fix anything!!
Convenient to where we were going.
I booked my reservation well over a month in advance or a king size bed. When I got there, they told me they gave her them away and we got two queens. The sales person did discount our room.
Room was very clean, location was great, breakfast was wonderful and fresh. I enjoyed the fact they served different food from the first day also customer service rep ( Kenneth) reached out to me thru text each day checking to see if everything was okay . I highly recommend this location. I TRULY love the scent of the hand soap. Would love to have some mailed to me. It smells sooo good!!!
No complaints..
Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel aimable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel correspondait exactement à mes attentes. Au 2 ème étage de l'hôtel, un emplacement est dédié à la machine à laver. Pleins de l'emplacements de parkings, pas de souci pour se garer.
Le petit déjeuner est continental. Nous sommes réstés plusieurs jours et le pt. déj. ne varie pas trop. La climatisation est trop bruyante même éteinte.
The first morning it was wonderful, and then 2 weeks later, on the way home, it was bland! I do not care for the 75$ deposit that I will not get back for 4 to 6 weeks!

Not much
I am recovering from hip surgery, requested a room close to the elevator or on the first floor. I was given room 403.. mold in the bathroom had to get an extension cord so I could use my sleep apnea machine. Evening desk not well attended
It started at check in with the front desk employee who had a attitude. Ten I dared to ask for extra pillow and towels. I was told towels were not available as they were in the washer. My refrigerator didn't work. I went back to the desk and told her along with my door not locking when you walk out of the room. I was told she would send someone up.. 4 hours later I went to the desk and asked for pillow and towels and received the pillow with no pillow case. I was told they didn't have any. Its now 8:45pm. No one came about the refrigerator or the door lock. We went to sleep. I went down in the morning and asked for towels and still no towels. The morning staff was really nice. Breakfast was ok. It is now 1:00pm in the afternoon I now just got a new refrigerator and they are looking at the lock. You can't leave you room with your stuff if the door doesn't lock behind you. I'm not a happy camper. We are here on business with my husbands company . I I will say king room was spacious but needs new carpet. The maintenance person was very pleasant and respectful along with the morning front desk staff.
We would not stay here again.
