The room
Beautiful and clean, good location for our visit.
While the room was clean and nice enough, for what we paid it could’ve been a little nicer.
Very convenient to the Ford center and the Old National Event Center thru there sky walks.
There was Nothing around it, as it no dining options just a Starbucks that’s only open til 2pm..

The fact that it was connected to the Ford Center was perfect! Conveniently located near food and there were decent parking accommodations. This place checked all of our boxes.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable one I’ve slept on. A little too firm for my liking but that’s just me.
I liked it was close to the venue for the event we were attending.
There was a large group that was loud and disruptive and made all common areas reek like marijuana. They kept all the luggage carts in their rooms so nobody else could use them. We couldn't even eat in the dining area and had to take our food up to our room because they were drinking and shouting across our table at each other. Staff did nothing because they were a large group and didn't want to upset them. So they just let them act wild and belligerent at the cost of the other guests to keep them happy. I spent over $1000 at your hotel but will never stay there again and plan to let others considering staying there my experience.
