Pleasant stay, good breakfast
Pros:

Convenient location, good breakfast.

Cons:

It is close to a saloon that has loud music playing until late. Very much heard from our room. I realize this is not a hotel problem, but if you like your sleep, in summer months it probably isn’t ideal. Was also disappointed that the hot tub was under maintenance at our stay.

Overall good place to stay.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the Presque Isle State Park. Very good breakfast!

Cons:

Our bathroom wasn't very clean (mold in some areas- could have been easily cleaned with proper cleaner), the carpet wasn't vacuumed.

Great value!
Pros:

The location was great. It was close to downtown and so many things to do. Very clean hotel. The staff were exceptional. The beds were comfortable. The pool was really nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was just ok. Not many choices. The kids did like the waffles. The parking was pretty limited. There were no towels available at the pool.
