Nice hotel, but oh, so loud.
Pros:

the room was a typical 3-star room - well appointed. Comfortable bed. Basic conveniences. Nice bathroom.

Cons:

The noise from some kind of generator on the back of the building (which is where our room was), was so loud that even my earplugs didn't muffle the sound enough. It was really loud. In fact, we met some fellow travelers on the elevator who were staying in a front room, and they said the street noise was just terrible. So if you are a light sleeper, I suggest you stay elsewhere.

Pros:

Nice stay and affordable. Breakfast was delicious and the suite was spacious.

Cons:

Our room had various red stains on the floor/couch, almost like previous guests spilled spaghetti multiple places.

Amazing comfortable beds clean room friendly staff
Pros:

We will now always book there when we stay in erie the staff was great treated with a smile even the house keepers were kind we left a tip and we will return only rated 9/10 because the spa was down

Clean, nice breakfast, centrally located to attractions
Pros:

The hotel was clean . The location was a nice central location to all the attractions. Breakfast was good and well maintained.

Cons:

I paid for my room in full a head of time . Upon arrival I was charged a hold on my credit card for even more than my entire stay. Just a heads up, because this hold could inconvenience some people. No view of they put you in the back of the hotel.

Easy affordable stay near Presque Isle
Pros:

Greeted kindly upon arrival. Room matched the pictures. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Room was clean. Water pressure in the shower was incredible. Great location for a beach trip.

A tad old feeling but not really a complaint.

I did enjoy the view. The facility does need to be upgraded a bit. Some beautifying. But the staff

Its across the street from the bay. The view was beautiful

Cons:

The spa is closed and the guest had their dog sitting on the couch in the seating area . The pool area needs to be painted and the rooms need a bit of upgrading.

Pros:

Close to Presque Isle and Waldameer. Maids very friendly and helpful with supplies and cleaning.

Cons:

Dog barking in room next to me. Room view was a hill with trees. Night staff not very eager to help.

Pros:

great location and price compared to other hotels. large rooms. clean. we had to go to Geneva Ohio and back and it was a short drive and easy to go and come back same day to attend family events in Erie.
