Great place great location great people
Pros:

Everything was excellent the night clerk rescued my wife from the pool she could not exit

Cons:

We book a handicapped mobility room my wife is disable we was given room 300 the front desk assure was handicapped well there was zero safety bars in by toilet the shower was bathtub with no safety bars.

Pros:

I like the fact they had a Jacuzzi in my room being that the other one wasn't working and I wasn't informed that's why I got the hotel.

Cons:

When I checked in the guy refused to give us our room made us sit there for 6 hours knowing it was confirmed and then when we asked he laughed and said I knew you reserved it meanwhile he did it to another another customer the same night because he was sitting in there burning pizza he refused to answer the phone for booking.com until we canceled or orders 6 hours later and then told us that he would reinstate it because he knew our debit cards were maxed out because he charged them three times and we lived out of state and had absolutely no way to add money to our card because we used Federal credit Unions. He laughed at us told us there's no way we paid that price that we were lying to him. Every single staff member in the building was amazing we do reviews all over the state for a hotels.

Pros:

Friendly & helpful front desk staff, with a good sense of humor :) Room was clean, & everything was fine, the place just felt a little outdated.

Cons:

The bed was hard, & the pillows were too thick which is common at most hotels (I like a flat pillow, so I bring my own). No affordable place close to eat & I did not find this out til I got there after driving all day (my fault for not researching).

The location was ok if you like a bar across the street that was were loud til after midnight

Cons:

Never informed the spa was closed when booking. Get there and they tell me the spa has been closed for months the drain and they may not fix it at all.
