They gave me the wrong room with a queen bed instead of a king like I reserved and when I asked about I was told I was downgraded but later on a guy came up and I got the wrong room and they didn’t give me a discount or anything. The room was dirty looked like they didn’t even sweep the floor there was dirt all over it. The spa was down and didn’t know till we checked in.

nothing to write home about
Pros:

the hotel is not bayfront its across the street if you glue yourself to your window to see it! The beds were comfortable but the pillows they were flat! The pool was not great very small and it looks like it could use some love and the hot tub is not working either! I will not go back

Cons:

The tiles were broken in the bathroom. Had to go to the store to get Band-Aids because we stubbed our toe on them and cut it. Had to be careful where you walked in the bathroom because you would fall because of the loose broken tiles.

Fix the pool, please.
Pros:

Great location. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Got a nightcap in the lobby after the theater.

Cons:

Pool was closed again. This is the second time. It rained and we really looked forward to relaxing in the pool.

Honest review
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The staff is very polite and friendly. They cater to your needs without question or hesitation. The breakfast is good. The location is awesome close to scenic areas and 9 minutes from mall, restaurants etc. The only negative part is the bedding . We had to go buy our own pillows these that were on the bed was well, worrn out. The fitted sheets would not stay tucked. The hot tub was just that hot which was awesome. Will we return? Yes we plan on returning in the summer.

Pros:

we have stayed here a few times and i have no issues. This place is clean, affordable, staff is great. The breakfast is a nice bonus as well. Great location to bars, restaurants etc.

Pleasant stay!
Pros:

There is a lot to like: location and view, clean and comfortable room, breakfast that includes biscuits and gravy and waffles.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower was a little too high and the shower head was not adjustable. We had noisy neighbors, but still slept well.

Not enough parking, bums walking around parking lot not sure my vehicle is safe to leave, no hot chocolate???? Coffee was empty most of time, drunk people walking around disturbing guests and the front desk staff not very friendly!!
