My dad was not impressed with the place but if you have low expectations it’s fine and the staff is friendly.
Pros:

Staff is friendly and they sell alcohol on site if you’re into that (limited selection though). Right across the street from Lake Erie which was nice. Beds were comfy. Has breakfas.

Cons:

No hot water and the ac was on in the room when we arrived despite it being almost below 0 outside.

Great place for the price
Pros:

Comfortable bed and clean rooms.

Cons:

The pool was closed and not disclosed in the booking. Also the breakfast wasn’t very appealing.

My stay was pleasant.
Pros:

I loved the location and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The snow removal could have been a lot better and it affected the available parking. I did not see any salt laid down including by the entrance which made for slippery walking.

I needed to speak with some one at the hotel & I had to call over a dozen times constantly before someone picked up.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, a lot of extra space.

Cons:

The kitchen needs an updated coffee maker, like a Keurig or traditional coffee maker. There could have been a small table to eat at, there was more than enough room.
