Clean, comfortable, convenient location to waterfront and park locations.
Pros:

Nice room, view out the back was trees, and nature. Liked having the coffee maker in room, and fridge, quiet. Comfortable.

Cons:

There was only one set of towel/washcloth/handtowel in the room when we got there, but two of us staying.

It's a $100/night hotel, and that's what you get.
Pros:

This is a $100/night hotel through and through. The location is superb, and the staff is great, but the facility is showing age. The breakfast was the typical powdered eggs and bacon/sausage.

Cons:

It may be time for an interior refresh.

Good for the price
Pros:

Location was good and the price was hard to beat. The bed was good. We enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean.

Cons:

The pool area and gym are not the greatest. Hot tub was down, pool was pretty stained. The gym is so tiny and not well stocked.

It was fine for us. Literally just needed a place to sleep for two night and it was fine for that

Nice size rooms; nice breakfast area and lounge

Cons:

Parking lot is small and seems only one way in / out that wasn’t marked as well as I’d have liked.
Towels were like sandpaper and only had 2 in the room
Hallway had a smell - can’t narrow down what it was but a deifinite odor

Cute place to stay a night or two
Pros:

The place has all you could ask for to have a pleasant stay: welcoming staff, a tasty breakfast (with two types of waffle irons!), a pool, some exercise equipment…

Cons:

Our only complaint would be the location. It is conveniently located at one end of the water taxi line, which would probably be fun (we did not have time to do this). BUT you are effectively trapped at the hotel if you don’t want to drive, since there are no sidewalks.
