There was one girl that worked on the evening shift that had a great attitude and was awesome.

Cons:

My room wasn't clean. I had to ask for clean towels and bedding, then had to go back down and ask for a comforter and pillow cases because there was a gross crusty spot on the one that was there. It looked like the cleaner made the bed with the previous bedding and changed the trash and called it clean. Toothpaste all over the sink, mirrors were filthy, window was dirty. There was also a lady that worked on the mid shift before the wonderful girl on night who was had an attitude and made you feel like a burden. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Pros:

Todo estaba perfecto, pero viaje de cinco horas para obtener ese hotel, porque salí de vacaciones con mi hijo para que disfrutara en la piscina interior y cuando llegué me dijeron que estaba fuera de servicio en mantenimiento, algo que tenía que notificar en la aplicación antes de qué yo hiciera la reservación.

Cons:

Qué no me avisaron, que la piscina estaba fuera de servicio y viaje cinco horas casi seis de distancia, simplemente para no disfrutar de la piscina del hotel. La pasamos durmiendo todo el día.

Cons:

The room was clean, but the dresses were not cleaned out. There was sexual material in the dresser drawer that I am glad that my family did not find I had young kids over.
