تجربتي كانت جيده ولكن تجاربي السابقة كانت أفضل ،،متأكدة أن النقاط التي أشرت إليها لفريق العمل ستتحسن ..اشكر الموظفة خديجة من كينيا في الاستقبال على حسن التعامل مع الزوار ومحاولة إرضاءهم بشتى الطرق ..بشكل عام المرافق رائعة الفندق خيار ممتاز للسياحة الداخلية والخارجية حيث توجد محطة مترو في المول(الفندق ملاصق لقطر مول ومفتوح عليه )..الفندق ايضا قريب أيضا لقاعة الاحتفالات (الرفاع)مما يجعل الفندق خيار ممتاز للضيوف ممن لديهم دعوات أعراس في هذه القاعات مثلي حيث كان هذا سبب حجزي .
إضاءة المكياج التي يوفرها الفندق من أجمل وأقوى الإضاءات اللي مرت علي في فنادق قطر ،الإضاءة ممتازة لا تترددوا في طلبها .

الاستقبال يرفض إحضار السيارة من خلال الاتصال الهاتفي من الغرف ويصر على نزول النزلاء بنفسهم وتقديم بطاقة السيارة منعا للازدحام الشيء الذي يؤخر الميك اب آرتست او يتسبب في إحراج الزائرات من النساء وعدم احترام خصوصيتهن حين يضطررن لانتظار السيارة في اللوبي لأكثر من 10 دقائق بتأنق حفلات الزفاف او المناسبات .
يجب إيجاد حل يرضي الجميع.

We had a wonderful buffet breakfast experience at Al Rayyan Hotel Doha Curio Collection by Hilton on May 22, 2026. The food selection was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and well-organized, making our morning truly enjoyable.
What made our visit even more memorable was the outstanding service from the staff. Special thanks to Lira, Inakshi, and Bipin for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care throughout our breakfast. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.
Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional service and wonderful hospitality. We look forward to visiting again soon! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
