For 200eur per night, his is absolutelly NOT acceptable. I don’t think we will stay over in a Thon hotel ever again! For

Very good location. Everything is close by but still quiet and we were alle to sleep nicely.

Cons:

The room was clean when we got there, BUT The following days nothing. The cleaning lady comes into The room, takes the towells which were used only once and replaces them with new, clean towells. Ok, greit, BUT it would be nice to take out the trash both from the toilet and the room - she didn’t do that for 3 days!; to change/fill in the bottle with shower gel that we placed on the sink to be clearly visible - she just ignored that; the coffee cups left dirty - she ignored to change/wash them, we had only decaf coffee, no cream… basically she was only walking through the room. When we go to the restaurant, we boomp into the cleaning trollies all over, in front of the room or elevators. In the restaurant, the servant takes your cup in front of you like saying: ok, you Are done, Get out now, somebody Else needs your Seat. The coffee machine is out of order 2 days in a row during breakfast time!

Det var gode senger, god dusj og mye å velge i på frokosten

Cons:

En liten parkerings lomme der man kunne lempe av bagasjen fra bilen hadde vært fint, men jeg skjønner at det er vanskelig å få til mitt i byen.

This was a great place to stay to visit Stavanger. The staff was very helpful and rooms were perfect
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing. So many choices of fresh, Norwegian food. Pastries and breads were delicious and also the fresh fruit, cheese and meat. And there was hot food too. Our family enjoyed the lounge room on floor 2. Also, there was many places right outside the doorstep - a grocery store, coffee, bakery, candy - you name it!

I was treated like a criminal
Pros:

Breakfast included and could not be booked without. Because of diet I don't eat before lunch, so I asket to take some with me. I mean, I paid for it, right? But I wouldn't have argument about it, not that big a deal. But the answer I got was flabbergasting! "No you can't. Breakfast is only included when it is served. And allso, my collegue has ben watching you, and she says you have ben sitting here eating all morning".
I didn't! And why would the personnell watch me? Am I not trusted? Am I an unatractive customer for some reason?
I travel in my profession and stay at hotels a lot. A good portion of the year arround europe. And I have never felt so humiliated.

Pros:

Séjour vraiment très agréable, hôtel parfaitement situé. Literie exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est incroyable ! On peut aussi profiter du lounge pour déjeuner ou dîner, et le café et le thé sont à volonté.

God frokost og gode rom.

Cons:

Alt for trangt og for få bord ved frokosten.. Måtte dele bord med ukjente gjester, som gikk ut over både opplevelsen av frokosten og gjorde at vi ikke fikk nyte den som vi hadde gledet oss til. Var også litt trengsel i buffeten.
