Foi boa a estadia, porém com este problema do vaso sanitário, não podemos dar uma boa pontuação.

Café da manhã muito bom, ótima localização, equipe muito boa e atenciosa.

Cons:

Referente ao nosso quarto, 604, estava com o vaso sanitário entupido, reclamamos na recepção inúmeras vezes e o problema não foi resolvido, meu esposo pegava a lata de lixo vazia, enchia de água e jogava no vaso. Falamos até com gerente e nada adiantou, não ofereceram para mudar de quarto e nem resolveram o entupimento.
Uma pena, porque um hotel naquele padrão, isto não poderia acontecer.
Lamentável.

Foi uma estadia impecável. Sem palavras para enaltecer o atendimento de todos os funcionários do hotel, principalmente o Leonardo da recepção, que me recebeu com muita gentileza. Com certeza será minha casa em Ribeirão Preto.
