Apesar de alguns pecados, é uma boa opção para estadia em Ribeirão Preto
Pros:

Atendimento cordial dos funcionários, quarto grande e confortável, café da manhã com grande variedade de produtos e com ótimo horário e amplo salão

Cons:

Wifi não funcionou no meu quarto, e embora eu tenho solicitado auxílio, isso não aconteceu. Alguns produtos como o sabonete do banheiro estavam visivelmente vencidos e não substituídos, da mesma maneira que alguns ingredientes do café da manhã, que pecavam pela qualidade inferior

breakfast was good. beds very comfortable and good location. good price point.

Cons:

shower was not great. pool area was not staffed and there wasn't really a "pool bar" like advertised, just a fridge with some beers in it? upstairs main bar was also closed randomly when the downstairs staff said it was open. not sure why.
