Pros:

駅のすぐ近くで、コンビニやファミレスも近くにあり便利でした

Cons:

ベッドが一緒に寝ている人の振動が伝わりやすくて寝心地がいまいちらでした
空調の音がうるさかった
お風呂にお湯を溜めたあと、排水したらトイレの方の排水口からお湯が出てきて、トイレが水浸しになった
壁紙が剥がれていたり、全体的に老朽化している
