Pros:

The location is absolutely good.

Cons:

I did not like it because the rooms we endorsed to are not clean even the bedsheets and pillows. I smelled it and it is not really wash and new! But luckily the receptionist transfer us to the other room.

Pleasant and Peaceful
Pros:

Easy check in. Clean rooms and lovely surroundings with small shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. The pool area is well maintained however does tend to be quite busy during the weekends. The WiFi is generally reliable but dependent of location. Overall, a well-maintained hotel and a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

As mentioned previously, the WiFi is a touch hit or miss. There is a also a cash deposit which is fine -- however, it would be handy to know about this beforehand.

A little improvement on your internet connection and to relocate the A/C unit to were guest has easy access to reach
Pros:

The property's location is excellent, offering easy access to various amenities. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and convenient.

The staff are particularly noteworthy, providing friendly and accommodating service throughout our stay.

We also appreciated the on-site coffee shop and dining options, which catered to our hunger needs. Additionally, a convenience store and several fast-food chains are conveniently located nearby, making it easy to grab a bite or pick up essentials.

Cons:

We experienced some challenges during our stay. The internet connection was unreliable, frequently dropping the signal and struggling to support streaming services like Netflix.

The air conditioning unit, positioned high up, took a while to cool the room effectively, particularly in the bedside area. Additionally, the lack of a remote control meant having to get up to adjust the temperature, which was inconvenient.

Overall as always Pacific staff are friendly & accommodating but my guests said its hightime the bed foam/cushion should be replaced cause it has bumps already. Soft curtain shower should be put in the bathroom. Aircon has tugging noise in the room, but overall the place is a safe haven.

All the staff are friendly and accommodating. With Restaurant and juices store at the ground floor. So you have a dining options. Walkable to banks, pharmacy store, spa, jollibee, convenient stores, etc. where you can buy your everyday needs. Along the highway so transport is accessible. Only need to improve or replace the toilet tissue holder and should provide a rags or mat outside the bathroom.
