Stuff terrible

Great location in Hamburg. Highly recommend stay. Small issue with A/C which the staff accommodated for. Breakfast buffet had the basics no frills but very tasty and filling. Staff service was excellent.

Don’t stay here during the summer this hotel does not have air-conditioning at all I kept on turning the air conditioner in the room down nothing was happening until an employee told me the next morning that this hotel doesn’t have air-conditioning. Their computer during checkout would break down and we had to wait extra long for them to type in all our information all over again. Three check out their printer wouldn’t work so they couldn’t print out any bill for us. At breakfast everybody was sweating because it was so hot. They blamed the situation on the old building however it is easy to install a retrofit air conditioning to the venting system in a supposed five star hotel

Very good experience. Everything from Checking in, use of the Spa, roomservice etc. worked just fine.

Amazing location & service

Beautiful classy hotel, but some wear and tear is slowly visible and an upshine would be welcome. Our airconditioning was not working and a solution could not be given except open the window. That is not really 5 star service. The breakfast was well done, which contained a buffet and also a la carte opportunities. Strangely enough, a menu card was not given on both mornings.Also coffee was forgotten twice. Anyhow, the stay was really nice, good beds, a spacious room and a beautiful bathroom with shower and a bathtub. Also pluspoints for adding a free of charge bed for our 10 yr old child.

Only cold water;
hotel dies not do daily housekeeping;
no glasses, cups in the room;
only one chair in a double room;
rude staff;
loud music in the check-in area.

The location is convenient to shopping, Christmas markets, museums.

The room was excellent. One of the reception staff was rude when we arrived, luckily the others we're lovely. Bar staff were very slow serving and taking orders considering it wasn't busy. Location was outstanding, would come back.

Amazing

During checkin they chargef my card with 300€ !!
for eventual consumption at hotel.
When i checked out they promised to decharge my card within two hours.
Till today, this amount appears in my credit card account.Simply unacceptable.

Great staff and great location. The bar on the 2nd floor was very nice as well.

The swimming pool/wellness area was full of young children when I visited on a Saturday evening between 6/7pm. There were a large number of children in the jacuzzi playing with water toys supplied by the hotel, which was not a very relaxing experience. I could not see any signs which said that children should not use the jacuzzi, or the pool area after a particular time.

Not a particularly relaxing experience in this area of the hotel !

Was perfect

Very nice and comfortable hotel! Excellent location, just near the high street and walking distance to the hbf, which saved us a lot of time.. only minus is the service, which could be faster

Our stay at the Hyatt Park, Hamburg was wonderful. Everything was perfect and very close to the main train station.
