Grand Merin Airport Hotel

i arrived to this hotel late night after a very long trip hoping for just a few hours of rest ! in the room when i tried to turn on the air condition, I realized that it's not working and even the AC switch is missing so I went downstairs and explained this for the receptions, and they said their condition is broken. I even asked for a fan to be able to survive the very hot night and they refused so all night I couldn't sleep because of the heat and humidity in the room and early morning I left . they didn't change my room and they didn't fix the air condition and they didn't even provide a fan and also they didn't except to even partially refund a part of my payment.

Hotel liegt an der Strasse direkte Verbindung zum Belediye Bus. Von Sabiha Gökçe Flughafen mit metro und kartalbus gut zu erreich. Das Hotel war voll mit Männern Arbeiter mir persönlich sehr unangenehm. Das Zimmer roch nach katzen pipi.
Sonst Sauber...
Warmes Wasser, Internet.
Es ist sehr laut gewesen da direkt im eingangsbereich, fahrstuhl.
Für 1 Nacht ging es... Doch wie gesagt ald Frau mir sehr unangenehm.

Resepsiyon görevlisi önceden yaptırdığım rezervasyonu bulmakta zorlandı ve 40 dakka bekledim otopark bilgisi vermedi verilen oda 2 ayrı yatalı çift olarak yaptığım rezervasyon da bertmeme rağmen sorun yaşandı bu şekilde

It's a budget hotel. It's dated, tired, shabby, but although tatty the linen and towels were clean and changed daily. I read a couple of reviews which were misleading, it is on a busy street, but not full of restaurants, cafes. Shabby take-away's with 3 or 4 tables and chairs, and no bars or similar anywhere. Yes, there are a couple of shops that sell beer, so you can drink in your room, or in the restaurant. The hotel does not have a bar. We had to take a taxi to the Kadikoy area every evening for a few drinks and food, half an hour minimum, longer if traffic was bad. BUT, it served us well as a budget base for the Formula 1 weekend.

Otele giriş yaptığımızda online rezervasyondan bi haber pek de anlamayan bir personelle karşılaştık. Yaklaşık 5 dk hotels.com üzerinden gelen maili ve ödeme yaptığıma dair bilgilendirme yazısını göstermekle geçti vaktim. Madem online rezervasyondan anlamıyorsunuz bu sitede olmamalısınız. Müşteriler online rezervasyonu otele geldiklerinde resepsiyonda vakit harcamadan hızlıca odalarına çekilip dinlenmek için tercih ederler.
Odaya girdiğimizde odada birçok aplik olmasına rağmen ampulleri olmadığından sadece girişteki aydınlatmayla idare etmek zorunda kaldık. Yatak çarşafları çamaşırsuyundan yırtılmış ve pas lekesi kalıntıları vardı. Resepsiyonu aradık ve görevli gelip çarşafları değiştirdi neyseki. TV kumandası yoktu dolayısıyla TV çalışmıyordu. WCde bulunan küvet son derece pisti ve duş musluğu bozuktu ve duş konumuna aldığımızda direk yüzümüze suyu fışkırtıyordu. Görsellerde görünen spor salonu aktif değildi. Sabah kahvaltısı tek artı idi.Kahvaltı dönüşü odaya çıkarken asansörde kalmak tüm aksiliklerin üst üste gelmesine tuz biber oldu. Otel personeli tadilatta olduklarını söyledi ancak bunların hiçbiri bahane olamaz. Ya hizmet vermeyi tamamen durduracaksınız ya da kısıtlı ve tam hizmet veren oda sayısıyla devam edeceksiniz.

Bu bölgede bu fiyata kalınacak en güzel yer diyebilirim. Kahvaltıda gayet güzel ve yeterli.

Fiyat-performans olarak fena degil. Sadece gece yatacak yer ariyorsaniz yeterli. Olumsuz bir izlenimim yok

Hotel çok eski. Hijyen ve temizlik olarak kötü. Sigara kokusu o kadar çok sinmişki camı açık bırakarak havalanmıyor. İçeride rutubet kokusu var. Duşakabin Jakuzi tarzındaydı fakat 10 sene önce takılmış ve tamir edilmemiş. Hotelin tamirden ve bakımdan geçmesi gerekiyor. u fiyata daha iyisini bulamıyorsan sende bir dene derim :)

The property was ok. We booked two rooms. One was ok and the other one had damp on the ceiling which wasn't not nice. The staff really pleasing and friendly especially Akin..The female staff very friendly and polite. The local people were friendly, although English was a problem and a barrier as they didn't speak English.

Odalar çok kötü fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi değil yataklar temiz ve hijyenli değil

Otelde bazı eksiklikler var ama fiyatı makul, personel ilgili.

No parking right next to major road. Rooms are bit small. But there are few restaurants and take away near by

Otel sanırım biraz eski ve yeni bakımlar yapilmakta. Bu sebeple çok bilgi veremem. Fakat ilgili ve alaka oldukça samimi. Temizlik ve kişisel ürünler konusunda cimri değiller. Fiyat performans olarak normal.

Excellent service, very attentive and polite. Good English. Offered to collect us from the airport with taxi rates. Comfy room, very powerful shower, good breakfast. Very nice stay.

I stayed one night in this hotel with my family and friend's family due to the fact it is close to the SAW Airport and due to the fact they have an airport shuttle. I asked for a non smoking room.
When i arrived i get a room which is smell full of smoke. I asked the receptionist and they say we can do nothing. My friend found a lighter under the bed.
And when i asked for the shuttle, they said we don't have and we dont care about what was written in the website in a very impolite way. I had t take a taxi in the morning to SAW airport.
I don't recommend to stay there. The staff there (the lady at the desk was impolite) have no idea about how to treat people and she is very stiff.

I have been one night with my children 4 and make us happy we will definitely coming back every thing was excellent
