Pros:

JR盛岡駅に直結、コンビニもフロント横にあり、とても便利です。ロケーションは最高です。

Cons:

ルールキーがカード式ではなく、鍵であったこと。長時間外出の際、預けるようにしていました。1人で滞在していたので特に不自由はなかったですが、複数人で滞在する時はカード式キーの方が利便性が高いと思います。

Lovely town , comfortable hotel
Pros:

Morioka is a beautiful town. This hotel is convenient to the train station (easier to find if you go outside the station). There are many restaurants and shops nearby. If you're going north or south on the Shinkansen, it's a good place to spend the night and can be a bit cheaper and easier than overnighting in Sendai.

Pros:

A comfortable hotel conveniently placed right next to Morioka Station. There's a convenience store inside. All amenities (toothbrush, razor etc.) are already in the room.

Cons:

The window was dirty.
The shower head was very small, so it took a long time to shower.
