Pros:

The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel's location was very convenient.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay overall. We knew the room would be small when we booked it, so that wasn't an issue. The biggest problem was the mattress—it was extremely hard, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. As a pregnant woman, sleeping on it was especially uncomfortable and even painful. I simply don't understand how a hotel mattress can be almost as hard as the floor.

Pros:

Close to shops and station

Cons:

Not the cleanest hotel I’ve been to, don’t look too closely. I dropped something on the floor and when I went to get it I saw dirt, an old toothbrush and coins under the bed.

Très bon hôtel séjour agréable !
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de Sakae, et le personnel très sympathique !

Cons:

Les entrés et sortie de métro avoisinant l’hôtel sont un peu déconcertante, et on se demande au premier abord si on est dans la bonne direction. Mais suffit de passer au dessus de cette impression !

Pros:

何度か利用してますがお部屋がとても清潔で綺麗です。お風呂のバスタブも他のホテルに比べて広くて綺麗です。立地も伏見駅から近くて飲食店とかには困らない。そしてチェックアウトが11時というのがとても有難い。これからもお世話になります。

Cons:

利用する日によってお部屋に空気清浄器があったりなかったりします。

Pros:

飯店設施很棒！
還有附很多備品可以使用

Cons:

剛辦理入住手續時，因溝通不良當下有點緊張，可能飯店人員覺得我很麻煩，看了護照後就還給我，對我搖搖頭，後來才知道是要訂房資料，感覺沒有像台灣這麼有親切感有點無助感。
