Pros:

Very friendly staff. They went through a lot of trouble in order to be able to send my bag to the next hotel. However they never stopped smiling and being friendly and polite.

Cons:

Beds/mattresses are a bit hard in a small room. But I am used to that in Japan. Everything else was fine
