安いのはいいなと思いましたがお湯が出ないしクーラーは潰れかけで変な音が鳴っていて少し不気味でした。また、チェックインの際はフロントに誰もおらず電話をして五分ほど待ってからどこかから駆けつけたようにスタッフが現れました。

見到志都尾站嘅相片好大、 以為酒店好容易搵 點知道問當地人佢哋話好遠要行超過半小時有多，剛好在一間店舖遇到一位婆婆買包子，她說可以帶我們到酒店 當時真是興奮萬分、我遲你很久還要上山，個山相當斜、我們還帶了很重的大行李 真是行到去咳，原來那位婆婆也不太知道酒店的正確位置只是他有些印象不過他真是很有心很好心 終於找到酒店 原來哪裏有很有7.8間成人酒店 我們住的是其中一間原來這個地方，如果你沒有車你千萬不要，最糟糕是周圍沒有餐廳 想食都無法食 後來知道原來有Room Service雖然得幾款菜，但都好過冇得吃。酒店房間好大也很整潔，酒店也很特別前台是沒有職員招呼你 如果有人租酒店，他們只需要在房門前有部機俾咗錢就可以入住，所以根本唔需要職員再前台也是一間很特別的酒店一個很特別的體驗 不過因為我沒有車 我是不會再來的 。

奈良に行く機会があれば、また利用したい。
Pros:

家族旅行で利用しましたが、部屋も風呂も広く、アメニティも充実しており、簡単ではありますが美味しい朝食までついて、とてもリーズナブルな価格で利用できました。ビジネスホテルより快適に過ごせると思います。

Fancy but affordable (ex love hotel).
Pros:

It was a love hotel that became a business hotel.
So it was fancy and have all the facility of a love hotel. Jacuzzi, karaoke, king size bed, without the adult toys.
Cool hotel, recommended!

西名阪の香芝インターの脇にあり、奈良観光へのアクセスは最高
Pros:

このホテルは西名阪高速の香芝インターチェンジの近くにあり、周辺はラブホばかりです。
築3０年くらいでしょうか？それでも室内はとても綺麗に維持され快適です。
スタッフ不の皆さんもすごく対応が良いです。
朝食のクロワッサンも温められて気配りが感じられました。

カップルホテルのビジネス利用
Pros:

非喫煙者ですが喫煙可な部屋しかなく臭ったら嫌だなと思っていましたが、トイレ以外は気になりませんでした。トイレはタバコ臭かは不明ですが狭い空間故にちょっと気になりました。

ウォシュレットが可動しなかったのですが、電源コードを抜き差ししたら復帰しました。

本来はセミダブルかダブルベッドな部屋にシングルベッド2台のレイアウトのため、冷蔵庫や電子レンジ収納の扉が全開できずお茶などいれるのにもやや不便。

冷蔵庫は小扉がたくさんあり本来は有料飲料が入っているタイプのため、持ち込みのものは入れるスペースはありません。最下段に缶飲料やペットボトルを寝かせていれられるくらい。
1リットルくらすは入りません。

風呂は広く、アメニティは充実しています。

朝食は和洋選べハムエッグを選択。他の部屋とオーダーが重なる時間では指定した時間から少し遅れてのサービスななることもあるようで、7:30のオーダーが7:40過ぎになり、こちらからフロントに確認の電話をいれました。

高速出口でてスグで便利ですが、チェックイン前に買い物したい場合はあえて遠回りしてコンビニに寄らないと店はありません。

周囲はラブホしかありません。部屋のまどは空きますが換気程度に開けるくらいで眺望はありません。

価格もリーズナブルなので外観がまんまラブホテルの施設を利用することに抵抗がなければ駐車も無料ですし利用価値は高いと思います。

リピートはありと考えています。
