ちょっと落ち着かなかったなぁ。
Cons:

10時頃でしたでしょうか。お風呂なのか、上か横かわからないくらいドーンといった物凄い音が暫く続いて、不安になりました。フロントにTELしようと思いましたがそのうちおさまりました。
初めての経験です。
そのうちおさまりました。

Morioka was a great stay on our ski adventure up to Aomori.
Pros:

Good breakfast and restaurant dining at the hotel. Easy walk to the train station and downtown area. Quiet and restful sleep in the room .

Cons:

It would have been fun to have access to an Onsend. One of the restaurants in the hotel was not open, which would have b een nice to have additional options.

Excellent value and convenient.
Pros:

I loved the large room, the lovely staff and the convenience of all the restaurants and room service. It's also just around the corner from the train station and there are plenty of convenience stores and shops nearby.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated but well maintained, the lights next to the bed which illuminate when you turn all your room lights off are way too bright and I had to cover them, and the bathroom tiles need a deep clean.

最高です。盛岡を訪れる際は必ず予約を入れたいです。
Pros:

スタッフの方がとても感じが良かった。フロントに不明点や要望をお伝えした際の丁寧な対応や瞬時に動いてくださる点もよかった。　また、お部屋が最上階で朝カーテンを開けたら岩手山がきれいに見えて感激した。清潔感もあり十分な広さのお部屋でとても快適でした。1階のカフェもすてきですし、２階のフレンチコースのおもてなしもとてもよく美味しくいただきました。

Cons:

特にありませんが、しいていうならばエスプレッソマシンではなく普通のドリップコーヒーのほうがなれているので嬉しいです。
