Le personnel était très agréable et l'emplacement de l'hôtel vraiment super et les chambres étaient très confortables.

Cons:

Pas grand chose à redire car l'hôtel est vraiment bien. Je pense que le prix du restaurant et des boissons sont un peu excessifs.

1. Lighting is manual so have to turn each one on and off. Should have master switch. Reception staff not helpful. Shower leaks. Shower door too close to toilet. Not enough space to put toiletries in bathroom… . Nowhere to hang towel or robes in bathroom. Bathtub gel not provided . Breakfast area was smelly.

Perfect for sightseeing!

My husband and I stayed here for three nights on our mini-moon following our wedding, as we had always wanted to visit Rome and explore its sights.

From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The hotel itself is well maintained—clean, modern, and very well presented. Our room was slightly on the smaller side, but still very comfortable and pleasant. One small point to note is that the wet room shower can flood into the rest of the bathroom if the doors aren’t positioned correctly.

The location is fantastic, set in a lovely area and ideal for sightseeing—particularly for visiting the Vatican. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. We dined in the hotel’s restaurant one evening and both had pasta, which was tasty. The views from the rooftop are also lovely, especially at sunset.

Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great selection of pastries, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. A slightly wider variety of fruit would make it even better.

Thank you again to the staff at Orazio Palace - we would happily recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Rome.

Ideally located and amazing staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Great roof terrace and restaurant area. Only had breakfast there, but had a few drinks and the bartender and waiters were so friendly and polite. Room was small but clean. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
