La télévision qui déconnais, il fallait que je retire la carte de la chambre pour couper le courant et la remettre pour pouvoir allumer la télé car parfois pas moyen de l'allumer par la télécommande.

Отвратительно. Было испорчено инцидентом с поломкой чемодана персоналом отеля
Cons:

1. Несмотря на 4 окна в номере очень мало освещения, явно экономят на свете. В ванной комнате всего 2 лампы, в душевой нет ни одной, очень темно.
2. Горничная поломала чемодан, персонал отеля сразу это зафиксировал, но затем директор отказался признавать причиненный ущерб и вел себя непростительно. В итоге отель ничего не возмести, что говорит о крайне низком уровне сервиса и контроля.
3. Один из дней была плохо проведена уборка, мусор не выкинули.
4. Персонал трогает личные вещи в номере.

Puede mejorar un poco el desayuno. Poner zumos naturales, más quesos, membrillo,... otra máquina de café, pues se hacen largas colas

Carino e centrale per chi vuole andare al Vaticano

La posizione per le nostre esigenze era ottima, il personale al check-in si è mostrato veramente accogliente e per una problematica che avevamo anche molto comprensivo e risolutivo, siamo rimasti felici per la loro bravura.
Il personale di sala, alla colazione, molto carino e ci hanno fatto scoprire una terrazza con panorama bellissimo.

Cons:

La pulizia, per i nostri parametri, non ha raggiunto la sufficienza, il letto non era matrimoniale ma 2 singoli uniti e li abbiamo trovati un pochino scomodi insieme ai cuscini.
La colazione...i croissant per i miei gusti è da migliorare.
Il prezzo pagato un po eccessivo, considerando che il giorno stesso del soggiorno, sempre.su booking era proposto a qualche decina di euro mancanti...ma c'è da dire che ci hanno dato delle soluzioni superior....veramente molto belle!

Ein tolles Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Rom !
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tolle Lage für Ausflüge zu den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Schöne Zimmer und wahnsinniger Ausblick vom Frühstücksraum und der Rooftop Bar.

Pros:

Ein grosszügiges und ruhiges Zimmer mit schöner Einrichtung und sehr freundliches Personal.
Die Lage ist perfekt.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich etwas beanstanden kann ist dass die Dusche welche sehr modern ist nicht auch noch eine "normale" Brause hatte
