Όλα ήταν υπέροχο. Όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι και ιδιαίτερα τα παιδιά στη ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί ευγενικοί και χαμογελαστοί

Hidden gem in the middle of bazar. Great staff, very kind and supportive. If you wanna have a pleasant stay, book the standard room which is 1st floor (upper floor).

The economic room was not so comfortable since it was located close to restauran and they changed it for us
This hotel is in the best location in Izmir, right in the middle of old town bazaar. Bed comfortable and facilities great. Breakfast basic, but more than satisfactory. The hotel staff are exceptional helping with private transport, tours and what to see and do in Izmir, could not rate this hotel more highly.

Gelir gelmez odamìz upgrade edildi. Otel güzel. Vadedileni veriyor. Güzel bir han içerisine inşa edilmiş, temiz bir yer. Özellikle personellere bir parantez açmak istiyorum: umarım mutlu ediliyorlardır, çünkü biz onlardan çok memnun kaldık. Ufak tefek ekstra isteklerimiz bile oldu, hepsini tıkır tıkır hallettiler. Eşimle yıllardır Türkiye'ye tatile geliriz: en memnun kaldığımız deneyimlerden biri oldu diyebilirim. Resepsiyondan belboya, hizmet tarafında arkada önde çalışan tüm personellerinize çok teşekkürler: большое спасибо!

The hotel is located in the Izmir Bazaar, so getting there during the day is quite a challenge. I first came across this place 4 years ago and decided to stay to experience the facilities (previously we had only used the coffee space downstairs). The reception offered us an upgrade for free, and the room was spacious, exceptionally clean and cosy. WE really enjoyed our stay, especially after another extremely long day in the city.

Es un hermoso lugar donde las habitaciones confluyen en una galería con acceso al patio de comidas, lugar muy cálido con música en vivo. Romeo, el recepcionista, fue muy amable, nos brindó su ayuda para coordinar el punto de encuentro con el taxi y nos pasó muchos consejos para movernos en la ciudad
La ubicación, no podes llegar en vehículo por lo cual para llegar o irte tenes que coordinar muy bien con el transporte.
