Hotel Catedral

We stayed here a week while scuba diving.

Breakfast was a buffet included with the room. It had new items everyday and was very very delicious. Watch for the cooked bananas with cream and pecans in the round dish. Extra yum !!
Also enjoyed chicken fajitas for supper one night.

Room 318 was super clean and comfortable. Nice balcony overlooking an old church. Nice bathroom and rain shower head.

All staff were exceptionally good and conversing in English was a plus !

Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone, and if back in La Paz we would gladly book here again.

What an oasis! The pool on the roof, the 360 views, the lovely staff and the open atrium. Oh and the lovely breakfast. Even my room had a view. I’m picky and rarely write reviews. This was a stand out. Well done

Lovely hotel directly opposite Cathedral in La Paz and very central for access to bus station, pier and Le Malecón (seafront)! Lovely rooftop pool, great food and excellent service!!

The hotel is nice and clean. Excellent customer service. It's in a convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, bars and beach. I would stay here again!

Great place to stay and convenient to loca café shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the malecón.

Breakfast was included in reservation and food is delicious is buffet every day they change two dishes out of the menu pool is small but drinks at the bar are great last Malecon street is 7 minutes walking distance

Amazing breakfast everything made to perfection. Everyone is so kind and the hotel carries its “my house, your house” treatment… traditional Mexican Hospitality. 10/10 experience

La paz is hot but our room was always nice and cold. The rooftop pool is such a plus and the view is really nice as well as the bar and food service I loved everything about this place. I would definitely stay again they were so hospitable and the location was 10/10.

Just what we needed, we couldn't ask for more

Perfect location close to beach and good restaurants. Staff is very friendly and nice highly recommend it.

Breakfast was absolutely outstanding! Great complimentary buffet choices changed daily or choose cook to order. Buffet choices were really wonderful including but not limited to scrambled eggs a la Mexicana, huaraches with beef, empanadas, refried beans, fantastic shredded lamb, veggies in creamy cheesy sauce, fresh fruit, pancakes, excellent fresh salad, tacos, excellent granola, pastries, cereals and more. Cooked to order choices included omelets, scrambled, divorced eggs, huevos rancheros, a la Mexicana, chorizo, bacon, fresh tortillas, etc etc. This was one of the most enjoyable hotel breakfasts ever.
We loved our 3rd floor room with streetside balcony and cathedral views. Excellent central location and ample underground parking. Three blocks from the shoreline walk ... malecon. Lotsa restaurant choices nearby.

The staff were truly wonderful. On check-in the reception clerk, Paul, professionally sang a beautiful song to us..."Clielito Lindo". I can't say enough about this place and its personnel. Top notch!

Very nice hotel that doesn’t break the bank. The staff is amazing so nice ,friendly and hard working .

I was really impressed by the hotel. The rooftop has an awesome view of the Cathedral, the hotel included breakfast, and the service was great. It is a good option if your goal is to walk around the town and go to the nearby beaches.

The hotel is very nice, service is excellent, great location, within walking distance to restaurants and Malecon. Great view from the rooftop pool. Only downside was the mattresses, very uncomfortable, "fluffy," my back hurts badly after only 2 nights sleeping on those beds. I strongly recommend that the management renew all the mattresses in the rooms

Everything was amazing. The location was perfect. The breakfast was 10/10. Service was top tier. Def only staying here when I visit La Paz.
