Pros & Cons of Noel Business Hotel
Pros:

I liked the location - it's superb. Room was clean, staffs were cordial and cooperative. They were available 24/7 even staying at midnight. They are very cordial and cooperative. The lady receptionist helped me to buy train ticket from Busan-Seoul online. She briefed me about tourist spot and how to visit them. She said me goodbye as nice gesture while leaving office at early morning during our departure day. I liked her gesture, nice greeting and softness of behaviour. The Subway and Bus transport are nearby of Noel Business hotel in Hangdaue beach area among many sky rocketed hotels. I found few Asian restaurants in walking distance with good foods. Shopping centres and Wangalli beach is also not far away. The receptionist gentleman helped us to keep our luggage for few hours on the departing day and provide us umbrella due to rain outside. The breakfast was simple but good in taste. Staffs really took care of breakfast, coffee and other small items to be needed. Enough toiletries and towels were provided in the room. Our overall stay in Noel Business Hotel was nice, comfortable and memorable. I recommend this property for other guests preferably for short-stay as it's a value of money, time and comfort.

Cons:

The room is quite small for 3 persons though it's a deluxe family room but having only 2 single beds. It should have 1 single bed and 1 double bed. I stayed on the floor of the room leaving my daughter and wife in single beds. The receptionist lady provided me blanket, quilt, pillow and extra towels etc as needed for extra bed on the floor. Her gesture, attitude and behaviour was nice in this matter. The breakfast was very simple and basic. It should be included with some local fruits. I found that it was difficult to find the exact location of the hotel even using the Naver map. The hotel authority should install some signposts nearby the Subway and Bus station of the Hangdaue area. The authority should mail the guest about 'How to Reach the Hotel' in advance in addition to Google map location. Need to enrich breakfast a bit with local fruits and other items and make availability of comparatively larger room for more than two guests enhancing some basic facilities. However, we enjoyed our short-stay, thanks.

Dobra lokalizacja. Jest parking.

Cons:

Śniadanie bardzo skromne. Właściwie to nie ma śniadania. Jest tost z dżemem i kawa.
Personel nie mówi po angielsku. Sprzątanie gdy nocujesz 3 dni minimum I polegana wyrzuceniu śmieci.
I coś czego nie kumam. Dostajesz 2 maleńkie ręczniki. Nie idzie się tym wytrzeć po kąpieli.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, so if you want to stay near the sea, it is a great choice with a very good price-to-quality ratio. There are also restaurants and shops nearby, which was very convenient. The room had everything I needed, including toiletries, shampoo, and even conditioner. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and if requested, they could even be cleaned every day. The staff was kind and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The hotel matched the photos online, and the stay was comfortable for the price. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel especially to travelers looking for affordable accommodation close to the beach.

Cons:

The weaker point was the breakfast, which was quite simple – usually just toast with eggs or jam. After five days, the selection became repetitive and not very interesting anymore.

La ubicación genial, a 7 minutos a pie de la playa. El desayuno no estuvo mal, y el precio en dólares no estuvo tan mal.

Cons:

Se promociona como hotel pero el estilo es de un love motel (baño con puerta transparente, calle de moteles). La habitación era más pequeña que en las fotos, y no era tan limpio. Para alguien que viene de afuera de Corea de precio no está tan mal para alguien que vive en Corea estuvo un poco caro.

Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y tiene una terraza donde se puede fumar. El desayuno es básico pero funciona y el personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Esta un poco polvoso, cómo que hay ciertas partes que no limpian pero el baño, la cama muy limpios. La ventana casi no da luz y está tapada por una tipo puerta corrediza.

아침 무료 조식이 기분 좋았어요. 깔끔하고 아담한 라운지에 두 종류빵, 버터, 딸기쨈, 두 종류 과일, 과자류, 주스류, 우유, 구운 계란, 믹스커피, 커피 머신으로 아메리카노까지. 딱 좋은 아침식사에 무료 생수까지 딱 좋았어요. 그리고 위치도 해운대에서도 가깝고, 지하철역도 가까와서 넘 좋았습니다.

처음에 도착했을때 위치가 너무 으슥한 골목이 아닌가 하고 놀 랬는데 다니다보니 전혀 문제가 안됐어요. 근데 방에 창이 넘 작고, 저희방만의 문제인지 샤워하고 물이 잘 안빠져서 좀 그랬는데 무료조식이 맘에 들고, 사장님이나 직원분들이 친절하시고, 위치가 넘나 좋아서 별 문제 안됐어요~~ 담에 또 오고싶네요~
