It was a pleasant stay with peaceful vibes
Pros:

A reasonable selection of food provided for breakfast. I think these are simple and sufficient

Cons:

The breakfast area is quite small for the number of guest having breakfast. I would suggest the time extended by another hour i.e until 10am

Pros:

Ein schön ausgestattetes großes Zimmer mit Charme. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück, sowie das kalte Wasser, das wir uns jeden Tage nehmen durften, schöne Extras.

Overall, I enjoyed the hotel. Definitely would come back again.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

I booked a room with 2 beds, but I was given a 1 bed instead. I guess it was partly my fault because I completely forgot what I booked and only realized it hours later after I checked-in. By then I was already too tired to request a different room.

Had a great stay
Pros:

I recently stayed at Noel Business Hotel for 2nights. It was a very good experience. The staff were friendly very helpful.
Location - great! Close to bus stop (about 150meters), markets and Hauendae beach.
My room was clean, comfortable and good-sized. The bathroom was nice and clean. The linens were clean and crisp. The room had a frosted, glass window. You can open a small part of it which gives you a view of the area (no beach view). I kept it open at night as I love seeing the lights from the surrounding buildings
Breakfast was basic - coffee/tea/juice, toast, baked eggs, etc. which is what I prefer
