A 50,- PLN surcharge applies for check-in and check-out outside reception working hours. All requests must be confirmed by the property.

During the Easter holiday breakfast will cost 100 PLN for an adult and 70 PLN for a child.

Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation.

The facility does not provide regular services such as room service. You can order additional cleaning, price list at the reception.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Szép helyen van, a város is 10 perc séta, de sajnos nagyon látszik a szálláson az elhasználódás.

Másra számítottunk....
Pros:

Reggeli jó volt, finomak voltak a különböző krémek.

Cons:

Csalódottak voltunk sok mindenben. Hiába volt a képeken kandalló, ami nagyban befolyásolta a szállás választásunkat, csak plusz pénzért lehetett volna használni.
A spa használata órarendhez kötött, a jakuzzi vize rendkívül koszos volt, az oldalán fekete sávban is kiült a lepedék. A pihenő ágyak ragadtak.
A szobából 5 nap alatt nem vitték el egyszer sem a szemetet, takarítás sem volt, és normális méretű seprű sem volt, hogy legalább mi össze tudunk volna kicsit takarítani. Ez egy latyakos, sáros időben fontos lett volna.
A konyhában nagyon hiányzott a konyharuha, vagy papírtörlő.
A személyzet nem mosolyog....

Krásné prostředí, jen spaní pro malé lidi 🫣
Pros:

Krásný výhled, super snídaně, příjemný a ochotný personál. Možnost parkování v garáži ubytování.

Cons:

Postele byly nepohodlné. Jeli jsme dva dospělí (180cm a 165cm)a dva puberťáci(168 a 165cm)Co se týká rozloženého gauče byl tak pro lidi co jsou do 150cm. Musela jsem spát na rozloženém křesle, které bylo nepohodlné. A mladší syn na gauči zkřiva. Postel v pokoji byla široká tak 120 cm což teda pro dvě osoby taky není dostačující. Bylo by fajn tohle poznamenat v popisu ubytování. Co se týká opravdu strmého kopce k ubytování. Recenze nelhaly. Naštěstí jsme vždy vyjeli a sjeli v pohodě. Možná ještě alespoň jeden úklid v průběhu týdenního pobytu by nebyl špatný .
