Nice and cozy place but I just wish there were more employees on the property to help if the guests need any assistance.
Pros:

It had great scenery and I liked how the property felt excluded from everything. I also liked how kayaks were included to use.

Cons:

There was very little customer service, so when I had a question about my stay or the property there was no way of getting an answer. Although there was a number to call if I needed assistance with anything no one answered and the voicemail inbox was full so I couldn’t leave a voicemail.

Very nice Adirondack lodging near Adirondack Woodcraft Camps
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was no body wash in the shower dispenser. There was no coffee k cups at 6:30 AM downstairs.

This was an unexpected absolute gem!
Pros:

It had a very welcoming vibe! It was very cozy and more than we expected. The porch had a spectacular view of the lake. The staff were very warm and accommodating. We had a very nice continental breakfast and even had a Kerri in our room. Loved it so much we rebooked for the fall.

Can’t think of anything!

Won't stay again - not worth the price

Very nice view of the lake and beds were comfortable

Cons:

For $230 for one night, it definitely could have been cleaner, there was dirt on the floor on the pillows, under the tables and in the corners. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. Smelled very musty. I booked through Booking with "pay at the property" but the property itself not only took the entire amount immediately, but added $10 on a week later.

Great for families or romantic couples.
Pros:

Grounds were exceptionally well kept. Restaurant was perfectly presented in a traditional Adirondack style and grounds were extra comfortable with lakeside chairs scattered around. Easy to find quiet, comfortable areas to read or visit.

Overall, very nice room, We will come stay again, but I will bring my own toiletries!
Pros:

The bed was very soft and comfortable. There was a table with chairs in the room as well as a loveseat, so didn't have to lie in bed the whole time. Room was very big. The bath towels were wonderful! Thick and soft! Loved the little deck overlooking the water. We ate dinner at the Lean To. Very good burgers!

Cons:

The "free toiletries" in the shower were empty. I did not pack shampoo, conditioner or body wash, because it was supposed to be in there. So, I had to wash my hair with the bar soap - my hair did NOT like that! I was disappointed that I never had any contact with staff (other that in the restaurant). We checked and and out on my phone, which was convenient, but I wanted to tell someone about there not being any shampoo etc and there was no one to tell. We went in to the main office in the morning, but there was no staff there. My husband thought the washcloth was too thick (it was just as thick as the towels), it didn't bother me, but it did bother him.
