Nothing to dislike
Great location, kind staff, wonderful breakfast
The location is perfect. It is close to Market Square the main hub of the city and you can walk to all places of interest. The room was nice with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was big with a lovely shower. The only minus is that the TV was placed on the wall on the left hand side of the bed so if you want to watch anything you have to turn on the bed and that was not comfortable at all. The breakfast was also very good with a good variety and everything was so fresh!
The building adjacent to the hotel is undergoing renovation and the first room we were given was almost next to that building. There is noise from 7:00 am to 17:00 except for the weekends. We found out after our card was charged by booking.com with the full amount when the hotel sent us a message via the platform. We were moved to another room where the noise was much less.
The receptionist on 14 June behaved badly. And the room is not properly cleaned on Thursday.

Everything! This was a fabulous hotel experience. Happy and helpful staff ; efficient and organized. Fabulous breakfast (can't praise that enough - it will be hard to beat). Great bed - slept like a log! Enjoyed the gym and the location was perfect.

As offensiivin with hotels. It is a compromise between keeping the room cool enought for a good Sleep and the aircon noise down.
