Mixed feelings.
Pros:

The location is great and the apartment is adorable. The price was good.

Cons:

This has the boiler system with cast iron radiators. Upon arrival it was 63 degrees. I called twice over it. We were told where to get a space heater but it quit working and they brought us another one to get us through the night. In the morning the staff came to make sure we did our end properly, which we did. We felt like they did not believe us. They then checked the boiler and it was off in the basement. They had to call a plumber in. When we returned in the evening it was 99 degrees. There wasn't great communication from B&H to what was transpiring. The locks are also difficult to use until you go in and out a few times.

Great little efficiency apartment.
Pros:

Location was great very good access to downtown area restaurants & water front areas.

Cons:

Apartment stayed warm even as we opened windows , no heaters were in use, an my wife don’t use fans but we had one available.

Pros:

Centrally located for dining and shops, this property was perfect for my husband and me for a 5 day stay in Seward.

Staff is amazing and helpful, place was clean and very cozy.

We will definitely be staying here again!

Cons:

We first received an incorrect door code. The correct door code was only sent to us when we were already on the way and we did not receive it. The password for WiFi was wrong. Rusty fittings and radiators in the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was great for walking or getting transportation. There were restaurants and bars nearby. Quiet at night. Seemed clean. Needs a lot of upkeep and updating. Pretty rough.

Check in was easy and worry free, bed was comfy, clean, centrally located. Private entrance. Quiet. Staff helpful and welcoming, quick to respond to your questions. Definitely recommend staying here. We were there for a week. Loved it!

Pros:

Old fashioned charm with all the modern amenities. Very clean. Great location.

Cons:

My only complaint, and I recognize this is very personal, is the bed. We are a couple in our 60 and it was easy to soft for us. Still it was an amazing stay.
