Hotel Vanna

A hotel business without parking spaces? How is that possible? They were not able to accommodate us bec there’s no parking available. We did not check in . I’m in the process of asking for a refund since it’s not our fault

The hot water took about 5-10 minutes to get there.

Room was comfortable enough

코리아 타운 내에 있어서 생활하기 편하고 가격대비 양호함.
다만 wifi는 객실에서 잘 안터짐.

방상태는 솔직히 그렇게 좋진 않지만 그렇게 나쁘지도 않은거 같아요
직원들 친절했고, 위치가 좋아서 이동하기 편한거 같아요~

This place corresponds to what we were looking for: good comfort and nice place, good service. Contrary to what is written on some websites, there is no swimming pool. What they call a spa is a room where you can have massage. We prefered to go to a good massage centre nearby, the Cinnamon spa, so I don't know if the massage are good in the hotel. But the room is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the hotel is very close to the airport, with some korean places to eat nearby.

The place is nice and clean, staff are welcoming. But the internet wifi is too weak.

It is nice to stayed in short period very quit place very warm welcome for staff I will thankfull.

Good value, big room but a bit worn. I stayed one night for a race in Clark.

It is a Bad experience to stay in this hotel.
to enumerate it.

#1. Upon booking on Expedia my exact person i with (5 adult, 2 Child) and Expedia give me their total price.
But when i arrive to HOTEL VANNA, They are asking me to pay again for the One (1) Adult and the Two (2) Child they give it to me as compliment. But of course i said to them i already pay everything to Expedia.

#2. The Swimming Pool that they have on picture was no functional, they should update their pictures.

#3. Their Ground floor Pantry is Dusty.

#4. They have a broken tiles on CR (room 316).

#5. Their policy regarding to pet is not indicated to their Expedia, so it was just like an Hospital hotel were i need to watch my pet to their pantry all night long.

#6. NO secured parking, so park on your risk along the road.

#7. Aircon is not in Good condition (room 311) you need to call them every time you need to adjust.

Booked a double room for 2 people, only 1 toothbrush and 1 towel; booked with breakfast, but only one breakfast, a second breakfast would have been P300, so did not eat breakfast at hotel - both ate breakfast at Jolliebee for P230.
On tea and coffee in room, and were going to be charged for hot water to make in room. Asked for a plate to eat take away in room, but were told no, with an array of excuses. Got woken up in the night so staff could put sign in bathroom "don't put toilet paper in toilet". Staff over ingratiating, but was couple with poor service, so very false and annoying.

공항에서 가깝고 무료셔틀도 된다고 하내요
주변에 한인마켓이 세계정도이고
호텔에서 나와서 오른쪽으로 걸으면 한인마트 지나 70페소김밥집도 있고요 끝까지가서
국민 페스트푸드 끼고 오른쪽으로 돌아가면
중형마트가 있는데 선물용 필리핀 망고 푸딩이나(얼려먹기용) 기타 과자등 싸게 살수 있어요
100페소 면 오토바이택시 타고 sm 쇼핑몰 가까이 에 갈수있내요
(먼저 금액이야기하고 장소 이야기해야합니다)

Great room and decor. Lots of korean restaurant choices in the area.

Overall a pleasant stay. Only that the pool was so tiny and breakfast was too late(7.30am). And hot water for shower was not available at nite!
