Prime location

Cons:

Treating the customer coming car like a king and those coming in bike as bigger is not right.
We travel in bikes as a hobby not by status. Especially when in super bikes we look for a safe place for parking not in a congested place. I had to fight to get a decent parking for my bike. If you are reading I suggest you change your policy for super bikes, and provide same space as cars- dedicated space.

Good property with a suboptimal staff
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean

Cons:

Room service never turned up on time, even on few instances dint show up. Unpleasant and unwelcoming receptionists, coffee shop, rooftop restaurant and other facilities were not functional. Misleading pictures of the bathroom.

Pros:

Staff was very good, check in was fast. Parking good even with limited space. Room was clean. Refrigerator was missing. Front say it is on maintenance. But presented it well. Good people.

Cons:

Breakfast is too poor compared to similar hotels nearby. Now the reason is LPG crisis. However it was the same years before. Even with LPG issue nearby hotels have fabulous Breakfast. E.g., Here they don't have a bread toaster!
