Efficient layout, larger bathroom, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Close to the station clean and well thought out. We had the smaller room with the bed against the wall but the bathroom was larger than most in Japan

Pros:

Hotel is new and very clean, good location with a big mall and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Car park system is efficient when retrieving car. Room is spacious and functional. Staff are friendly.

Pros:

This hotel is a very good option if you're staying in Morioka. The wifi is fast (over 120mbps), the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had a nice view of the Kitakami river. The staff was very helpful with luggage forwarding. The system for requesting room cleaning with magnets is very easy to understand. When we return to Morioka we will certainly stay here again. A note: I think some other reviewers may have confused this hotel with the other property with a similar name, but this location is the better choice!

We loved having the restaurants across the road. And 7-11 downstairs just topped it off

綺麗で便利。最高の宿。
Pros:

駅から歩いて3分のロケーションと１階にコンビニがある利便性。施設は綺麗で新しく、朝ご飯も美味しかったし、何よりバストイレがセパレートなのが良かった。
部屋も広めで快適で、文句のつけようがなかった。
次に盛岡に来ることがあればまた利用します。
