Spent one night here. Very good hotel with all amenities and a good breakfast.

叫車服務優秀。早餐好吃。惟非吸煙房間有煙味。

The hotel is across the street from the largest shopping complex in the city. Inside the shopping mall there are many excellent restaurants that fit everyone's tastes. The check in is easy and fast. Breakfast buffet is average. There is another section of building in addition to the main building to provide Spa, fitness and swimming. Sauna is free and their foot spa and body spa are both inexpensive and good quality.

The room is a little outdated but meets basic 5-star hotel facility requirements. The only draw-back is that there is a see-through glass between the bedroom and the bathroom and there is no privacy at all.

Bank of China ATMs are just across the street from the hotel. They accept international ATM cards and don't charge any service fee. You may use your ATM card that has VISA label to withdraw RMB.

スタッフは日本語は全く通じない、英語もほとんど通じませんがスマホの翻訳機能など使ってなんとか意思疎通できます。とても親切です。

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it. Staff were friendly and very helpful, we received a room upgrade, amenities were wonderful, WIFI was stable, breakfast was good, and even the bathtub was very clean - cleaner than that in my room in the Shanghai Shangri-la just a week before! They also helped to arrange a subsidised transfer to the Hangzhou airport in a nice and comfy car. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Luxun residence tourist area and not too far by cab from areas like Lan Ting / East Lake / Keyan scenic area; for shopping it is right opposite a major shopping mall.

Some minor points to note - they do not provide hair conditioner (not uncommon for hotels in China in my experience - brought my own), and the cupboard provided for placing luggage was inconveniently high (what can I say I'm short - they did help lift up the luggage for us though).

Despite cleanliness of the bath (and the room in general) I cannot give a 5/5 for cleanliness because on the first day, there was a dead bee in the room (discovered when we shifted a table so I don't blame the cleaning staff at all). Would be closer to a 4.9 if the system allowed that.

とても綺麗なホテルで、英語も良く通じるので安心です。市内の南側にあり、魯迅故里まで歩いて10分ぐらい。目の前にショッピングモールがあり便利です。

I had the outstanding breakfast, and maybe the best that I had ever! The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
