Pros:

It’s very old and no maintenance at all. I booked 4 nights then cancelled immediately.

With ~$10/night, you can book another hotel in Hung Vuong Street for better quality. (Mostly those hotel don’t have on Online Agent, you can just chat with local taxi drivers, and check the room before staying.)

Pros:

Hotel is on beatifull spot. When you sit on the terace 3th floor you feel like you are part of the Mekong river

• no hot water for showers
• bad smell
• cockroaches under bed frame looks like it’s never been cleaned
• hole on side of the sink whenever it was turned on water would gush out leaving a very bad smell
• not many food options around the area
• can’t lock doors from outside Need to lock them from the inside
