Muito bom..... Uma vista espectacular sem duvida amei..
Der Ausblick die Freundlichkeit und das Frühstück und die Minibar ist bezahlbar im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels. Ich hatte die Präsidentensuite und dort hat msn quasi diesen Ausblick und konnte den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang verfolgen ohne stundenlang auf den Gipfel zu klettern.

Visitar o Mirante é uma sensação incrível, mas se hospedar no local é inesquecível e maravilhoso.
Eu gostei de tudo, mas o que mais chamou minha atenção foi o profissionalismo e a cordialidade dos colaboradores do local, pessoas simpáticas, humanizadas, sempre te atendendo com um sorriso no rosto. Quero deixar registrado o excelente atendimento da Gabi.
Não gostei do meu período de hospedagem ter acabado! Já quero voltar!!
The view of the room is incredible.
Where to begin…
- First and mostly, it’s incredibly hard to get to this hotel. It’s not just located in the favela, it’s located all at the top of the favela so you have to climb the entire favela up. If you have luggage, there are only 2 local taxi drivers that take you up there and you still have to walk a part. The drivers are lovely but also charge quiet a lot because they are the only ones going there. The hotel also didn’t offer any assistance, it took us talking to them in Google translate Portuguese to be able to get to the hotel in the first place.
- The staff doesn’t speak any other language than Portuguese and also doesn’t try to make themselves understandable. We try our best to adapt to the local language but you don’t want to feel the receptionist getting annoyed because something is not clear.
- We arrived at 2PM instead of 3PM after a very long travel to get there. Instead of getting a warm welcome and being directed to a place to wait for our room to be ready or being able to leave it luggage, we just got told we are too early (which they clearly found annoying).
- The room’s amenities are ok, but it could use some care. The breakfast is ok, but it’s not very fresh (the ham and cheese had been waiting in the sun, the cake was out of a package,…). Things you don’t expect at this price point.
The entire stay felt extremely overpriced for the level of hospitality they offer. And it’s a pity because there is huge potential to make a stay there extremely special.

Hospedar no vdg é sempre muito bom, o visual é incrível. O quarto é ótimo, limpeza também.
Os funcionários dessa vez deixaram a desejar. Não generalizando.
A praticidade de hospedar, ter o espaço exclusivo para hóspedes perto do palco e curtir os shows é o que sempre me motivou a ficar no Mirante. Essa foi a terceira vez que fiquei hospedada no local.
Porém dessa vez eu saí pensativa se retorno, fiquei no quarto 3, no banheiro encontrei cabelos da hóspede anterior no azulejo.
A iluminação do quarto é fraca, escura...
A persiana estava com cordão arrebentado.
O colchão extremamente desconfortável pq no meio da cama tem uma junção, e além dessa junção tem um buraco que parece que o colchão cedeu.
Chuveiro demora muito pra esquentar.
No Café da manhã: café e leite na garrafa térmica mas estavam mornos, pães secos, a louça que vem o bolo é belissima mas estava suja entre os detalhes da peça, assim como o pote de granola e o pote de achocolatado.
Portanto, dessa vez a Iluminação, Limpeza e o café da manhã deixaram muito a desejar.
