Quando limpo e confortável

Cons:

Certa hora a Recepção fica largada , seja via telefone ou indo pessoalmente nela , nunca vi isso em uma hospedagem....cafe da manhã pão duro parecia uma rocha , provavelmente no mínimo uns 3 dias na casa

Pros:

Gostamos da simpatia da Gabi da recepção, da Yasmim do atendimento VIP para hospedes durante o evento Swing e Simpatia + Pique Novo. Gostamos da vista, do conforto, do café da manhã, do espaço em si. Foi a nossa primeira vez e super indicaremos para amigos.

Cons:

Sobre a porta de vidro não ser fume e ter vista de fora pra dentro, isso limita, perdemos um pouco a privacidade com a persiana aberta, pois com ela fechada perdemos a vista, e a lateral/divisória que separa as varandas. Mas é só uma crítica construtiva mesmo!

Vista espetacular, vale a experiência!
Pros:

Uma vista espetacular, um hotel com excelentes instalações, funcionários muito prestativos, café da manhã excelente servido no quarto pontualmente, vale muito a pena, voltarei um dia.

Cons:

Sabemos que está localizado dentro de uma comunidade com excelentes moradores, mas também a hospedagem poderia dar um informativo a respeito de zonas perigosas proximas ao hotel no momento do check-in.

Atendimento, funcionária Gabrielle excelente ! Atenciosa, comunicativa fez questão de saber como tinha sido a hospedagem. O quarto maravilhoso, tudo bem caprichoso, limpo, organizado e bem espaçoso. Fui em dia de evento e super tenho que elogia o cuidado e carinho que eles mantém com o hóspede, o espaço vip incrível com visão privilegiada, amei !!!! Superou muito as expectativas

O café da manhã me surpreendeu um pouco negativo, mais a menina me explicou oque tinha rolado e eu super compreendi. Hoje eu posso dizer que oque deveria melhorar muito mesmo é a situação do café da manhã(pão partido no meio pra 2 pessoas foi o cúmulo), deveriam se atentar um pouco mais sobre isso! Pós o hotel tem tudo pra entregar coisa incríveis e momentos especiais.
