Gutes Business Hotel für eine Nacht

Das Zimmer war groß, das TV direkt gegenüber dem Bettes, das Bett war sehr bequem, kostenlose Minibar, Softdrinks und Wasser vorhanden

Buchung verloren und keine Unterstützung

Hier ist eine sauber formulierte Version (sachlich, aber deutlich):

Meine Reservierung war trotz Buchungsbestätigung von Booking.com nicht im System des Hotels hinterlegt. Für die zweite Nacht war das Hotel zudem bereits ausgebucht. Mir ist bewusst, dass das Hotel für einen möglichen Übermittlungs- bzw. Softwarefehler nicht zwingend verantwortlich ist.

Allerdings erwarte ich bei einem Hotel dieser angeblichen Klasse eine deutlich bessere Unterstützung in so einer Situation. Stattdessen wurde mir lediglich angeboten, eine Nacht zu bleiben – und für die zweite Nacht müsse ich mich selbst um eine Alternative kümmern, sofern nicht zufällig noch jemand storniert.

Fehler können passieren. Wenn so etwas jedoch vorkommt, sollte das Hotel aktiv dabei helfen, eine Lösung zu finden (z. B. durch Umbuchung in ein Partnerhotel, Unterstützung bei der Suche oder ein konkretes Ersatzangebot), anstatt die Verantwortung im Wesentlichen beim Gast abzuladen.
