Great location. Clean Friendly staff

Location- cleanliness - friendly staff

Cons:

No lift. We are pensioners allocated first floor. Heavy case to carry up stairs Breakfast not included.

Clean, nice, comfortable, conveniently located, great food and coffee.
Pros:

The room was so nice, very clean, and well maintained! The staff were all polite. Coffee and breakfast was delicious. This place was incredible and I highly recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely nothing! This place is wonderful. You won’t be sorry!

Sehr gute Lage!

Cons:

Die Bettwäsche war dreckig! Selbst nach einem Wechsel wurden von uns erneut dunkle Flecken (??) im Laken entdeckt!
Das Frühstück bot keine Abwechslung! Jeden Tag das gleiche Frühstück!
Das Brot und die Brötchen waren von schlechter Qualität!
Im Zimmer nur eine winzige Komode!
Da wir eine komplette Woche zu Gast waren, haben wir überwiegend aus dem Koffer gelebt!

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes Zimmer, angenehme Betten, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip, da alles fußläufig in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

Great location, welcoming and friendly staff, delicious breakfast with good coffee but very uncomfortable in summer due

Location and modern design.

Cons:

No storage in room for clothing (armoire, closet, drawers) which was annoying for 5 days.
Minimal air circulation. No AC was expected and acceptable BUT even with the fan in our room the air was stifling. The common area was welcoming but absolutely an oven, again no air circulation and it was unavailable after 9:00pm which was very unfortunate.

Cons:

The facilities and the room itself did not reflect the requested price, which was excessive compared to the accomodation and services. No fridge foreseen, no wardrobe included, no amenities included.

Cute and quaint historical stay. It was the ideal getaway. Very walkable to all attractions in the city. I loved it.

Great location but can be quite warm and noisy at night

Great location, close to public multi-storey car park and central Haarlemmerstraat
Friendly staff

Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel has no private grounds, the surrounds are all public access land, walkways and restaurants and as it is a listed building it cannot have double glazing or air conditioning units fitted. In addition, less than 5m away from the bedrooms on the south side, is a children’s play area, a small wooden galleon, that can sometimes become a focal point for noisy youths late into the night and as the reception is not manned 24/7 there is no one on site to deal with any disturbances. Fortunately our stay was after the recent exceptional heatwave but even with moderate outside temperatures it was still quite warm in the bedroom, exacerbated no doubt by the large windows. I dread to think what the temperatures were like during said heatwave but the hotel did provide an electric fan and free ice pops at reception to mitigate the issue somewhat.

Locatie vrijwel naast Parkeergarage Morspoort en op loopafstand van diverse bezienswaardigheden. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Kamers comfortabel en een uitstekend ontbijt
