Pros:

Prima locatie, nabij parkeer garage (loopafstand), vervolgens loop je vanuit hotel het centrum van Leiden in. Vriendelijk ontvangst. Royale kamer. Goed bed. Kamers waren schoon. Ontbijt niet gebruikt omdat daar een grote groep zat, die de ontbijtzaal wat " over namen" maar ziet er goed uit, kan inhoudelijk dus niets over ontbijt zeggen. Al met al een prima hotel, zeker aan te raden voor city trip Leiden.

Cons:

Wel wat gehorig: op de gang (maar dat was steeds kortdurend, passerende mede gasten), maar ook tot laat (na 5 uur in de nacht) hardop kletsende mensen op speeltoestel voor hotel. Niet dagelijks aanvullen van koffiecups.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gern wieder😁
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer sauber und Personal sehr freundlich😁

Cons:

Ein bisschen Abwechslung beim Frühstück wäre schön.. gern auch frisches Brot und Brötchen vom Bäcker oder Baguette

The roof in the room was a bit low to walk around the bed. A elevator would have been nice, although the staff helped with the luggage.
