Heerlijk verblijf in een gezellige ambiance waarbij het ons aan niets ontbrak.
Pros:

Locatie is prachtig in het oude centrum van Leiden, het personeel is bijzonder voorkomend, prettig in de algehele dienstverlening en tijdens het ontbijt attent, aan alles was geen gebrek, koffie, jus d'orange, thee, water perfect ontbijt en zeer ruime keuze.

Cons:

Niets, ik heb wel de Level garage gebruikt onder het Fletcher hotel €17,50 voor 24 uur parkeren top!

Tolles historisches kleines Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Am Rande der historischen Altstadt am Beginn einer Fußgänger zone.
Großartiges, liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück. Am besten man kommt mit der Bahn, da Parken im Parkhaus Recht teuer ist.
Nettes Zimmer, schön renoviert im Altbau im Dachgeschoss mit Schrägen.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rand zur Innenstadt von Leiden, perfekt, um das Städtchen zu erkunden.
Das Personal spricht englisch und ist äußerst freundlich.
Das Frühstück, serviert auf einer Holzplanke, ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Kaffee kam, anders als in vielen anderen Hotels, nicht aus einem Automaten, sondern wurde von dem Personal Tasse für Tasse frisch aufgebrüht.
Super auch, dass direkt gegenüber ein recht großes Parkhaus ist, in dem das Auto für die Zeit des Aufenthalts geschützt steht. Vorab-Buchung empfohlen!!
