Prijs - kwaliteit niet naar verhouding, zeker niet met warme dagen.
Pros:

locatie en personeel was prima

Cons:

De douche-kraan gaf heet en koud water maar dan precies tegengesteld. Was niet even door het personeel doorgegeven.
We hadden een kamer direct onder het dak, het was heel erg warm in de kamer. Er stond wel een mobile airco maar deze produceerde geen koele lucht. het enige dat ons restte was de ramen wijd open zetten maar er zaten helaas geen horren voor.
En dat voor maar liefst € 195,- per nacht.

Great base in Leiden
Pros:

Spacious room with attractive dormer windows and exposed original beams. Pleasant sunny view of playground and windmill. The breakfast was generous and in a nice space. The hotel is close to everything but in a quiet area just outside the centre. It was an easy walk to the station

Cons:

While we had a very comfortable stay in late April, with no air conditioning and facing south, it could be quite hot in summer.

Hotel precioso en el centro de Leiden.
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, en el mismo centro de Leiden y a 5 minutos caminando de Leiden Central, la estación desde la que seguro llegarás a la ciudad. El hotel es muy bonito y está enfrente de un canal con unas casitas preciosas. Además tiene una pequeña terracita en una zona verde súper agradable. La habitación es muy correcta y tiene máquina de café.

Cons:

Estuvimos un fin de semana extremadamente caluroso para la temperatura que suele hacer en Países Bajos. Por ese motivo, las habitaciones del Hotel no cuentan con aire acondicionado y, aunque durmiendo con la ventana abierta se estaba bien, como la habitación está a pie de calle y justo es una calle con bastante actividad por la noche, se oía bastante ruido, pero no es culpa del Hotel, simplemente algo a tener en cuenta si se viaja en verano o la previsión de temperatura es alta.

You could do a lot worse! Staff were all lovely, price is reasonable and position is excellent.
Pros:

Brilliant position near city centre, but reasonably quiet. Room was not huge, but adequate. And beds were really comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing, really, though bar might’ve stayed open a bit longer. And there might have been more breakfast choice. We didn’t want the huge breakfast plate every day and there were few alternatives.

Een weekend waarin we iets te vieren hadden. Dit is perfect opgepikt door het personeel…
Pros:

De locatie is alles wat je wil, 2 minuten lopen van het centrum, 1 minuut van een hele nette parkeergarage.
De kamer zijn heel sfeervol, goed ingericht en proper.
De service uitmuntend, niets meer en niets minder. Het personeel verdiend ieder schouderklopje denkbaar…..

Kan niets bedenken…

Well located, comfortable and a great location.
Pros:

It was clean, incredibly comfortable and has great, friendly staff. It is located close to the train station - handy for day trips to Amsterdam, The Hague and other interesting cities. It is located a pleasant walk from restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit expensive though very tasty and large enough that we didn’t need to have lunch!
